"But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear"-1 Peter 3:15
Apologetics is a very important thing in Christianity. The Bible (as stated in this verse) states that we must always be ready to give a reason. Meaning we must stay studied and understand why we are Christians.
What makes Christianity logical, and able to stand the test of time? What evidence is there for God? Did God Raise Christ from the dead? These are only a few of the questions I believe we as Christian should try to understand so that we can defend the Christian faith, and give reasoning for believing what we do believe. Because believe it or not most people don't accept the answer 'Just because'. People now a days are wanting reasoning (though even with reasoning many will not accept the gospel do to their realist ideals. As Fyodor Dostoesky points out in Brothers Karamazov "Many realists will drop logic all together if it means negating a certain idea" or very near this.) To those the gospel is lost. And to those we should 'dust our feet of them' and move on to one who might accept and believe in Christ.

Now I realized I made it seem like Realists Ideals were all horrible, but this is not the case. It is just certain forms of it.

Christian Ideals are the real, "Realist Ideals" lol. No but seriously the truth is found in the gospel. And people who always have to argue reasons and refuse to believe are listening to the king of this world the devil and turning their backs to God. Its sad and terrible that they do this because the answers to life, the meaning of life itself, are all found in Christ. We were put on earth to serve our Lord. And true joy and peace will never be achieved if we don't have Him. And its so true we need to, as Christians, be prepared to debate and fight for God, for people who don't have Him. Its our duty to at least introduce them to God. And ultimately its their decision, we were given free will. Each person has to decide for themselves. All we can do, is prepare our arguments and sharpen our knowledge on Christ, the truth, and tell them of the light of the Lord. Only they can take it further from there.
