(Yeah) Fight like This by Decyfer Down began to play throuhtout the arena and the crowd began to cheer. Not for who was goin to come out, because tey hadn't a clue, but for the fact that anoter match was going to happen!  "From Salem, please welcome Claire HAWKINS!"With that said, Claire walked out from backstage with a wicked little grin on her face. This was going to be fun! Anyway, she walked down the ramp and dove heairst into the ring. She sprang ack up to her feet before sprinting across the the ring. She hopped onto the secon turnbuckle of a ring post and looked out at the crowd, wo were all cheering. Wait where was her normal assorment of pyro tonight? Still standing on h secon turnbuckle, Claire held her arms out infront of her and crossed them at the wrists. Still wearing the wicked little grin, she threw her arms out to the side and bright blue fire sot forth up from the other thre ring posts! She lowered her arms and looked over her shoulder as she awaited Landry's newest stooge!

"Ladies and Gentlemen please welcome, The Heartbreaker Mike Landry!"
Most of the audience chose not to welcome him in the traditional sense and instead greeted The Heartbreaker with boos, though it seemed that a larger portion of the crowd had begun to switch sides and cheer for him. He wasn't in wrestling gear, but a brand new freshly tailored suit for just such a special occasion as to see Phoenixfire's first match since he began tutoring her. He also had a microphone in hand, which once again was no big surprise as anyone who knew Mike Landry knew that he always had something to say about everything.
"Ladies and Gentlement...tonight...we make history...as tonight...we witness the first step...in the REBIRTH OF THE DIVAS DIVISION!"
Landry exclaimed, which elicited more cheers than he got when he arrived on the scene. Though the fans still had a grudge against Landry, they had nothing against the Divas.
"Tonight! The results of our labors are finally revealed! For weeks now I have personally been training Phoenixfire, training her as hard as I train any of my male students back in Denver at mile high altitude. I have bestowed upon her all of my knowledge, all of my widsom, all of my secret techniques for her to use in and outside of the ring."
The fans had begun to cheer at the anticipation of the 'new' Phoenixfire they were going to see tonight. The electricity was building to a fever pitch.
"I have given her secrets that I would not trust with my own -family-, secrets I thought would go with me to my grave. But now...they live on...IN PHOENIXFIRE!"
Landry's enthusiastic tone was enough to get the entire crowd on their feet, cheering.
"Now, please join me, in welcoming for the vey first time...THE DEFINITIVE DIVA! THE RISE OF A NEW PHOENIX! PHOENIXFIRE!"
Landry became the conductor of an electric audience, pointing his finger as the crowd chanted, "Phoenixfire....Phoenixfire....Phoenixfire..." with him as he directed traffic on the stage.

The sound of thunder and lightning echoes throughout the arena as the titan tron shows the image of a desert,the storm brewing off in the distance. A chorus of voices could be heard laughing,crying, and speaking- all at once. The noise stopped,but it welcomed something more. A deep,powerful voice spoke against the sounds of chanting and bells tolling in the background.A dark,shadowy figure appeared;rapidly walking to the screen. The face of this person couldn't be seen,leaving which left no clue as to who it was.
"My secret side I keep hid under lock and key

A bolt of lightning struck,creating a flash on the screen before it turned to darkness. The half of a pale white face emerged from the darkness,and that face was the face of Phoenixfire. At this time,Phoenixfire strode down the ramp with no emotion on her face while the lighting of the arena turned to a deep shade of purple. Her hips swayed from side to side as a layer of fog began to form at her feet. She approached the steel steps and walked up them,stopping at the turnbuckle before looking to the crowd. Phoenix stepped through the ropes and sprinted to one of the turnbuckles,then placing herself on the second rope. The crowd was as pumped as she was about this. From the lessons she had learned in the past shows and the training sessions in Denver, they had built up a certain excitement about showing how much she had learned and make her tutor proud. After the lights went to normal,she jumped down and began to pace around the ring. Tonight was her time to shine and she was eager to please her fans as she had always.

Claire watched as Phoenixfire paced about the ring like a caged beast. She was certainly different from their last encounters, but then again so was she. She sure as hell had not just been sitting around all this time waiting a chance to show what she could do! Anyway, the bell rang and Claire decided to take a back seat approach and decided to see what Phoenixfire would try.

Landry followed behind the determined pupil of his, allowing her to take the spotlight as he simply applauded her during her entrance. When she climbed into the ring he took a stable position at one of the corners, ready to give advice and encouragement when necessary.

Phoenixfire was delighted to have her first match after having entered Landry's tutelage be against one of her most worthy opponents. Surely, Claire had changed but so had she, which made her interested as to the course this match would take. Phoenix took a quick glance over her shoulder before the bell to confirm her tutor was nearby to see what he had taught her be put to good use. Not long after she turned to keep tabs on her tutor, the bell sounded and signaled the commencement of the match. Phoenix bounced back and forth on her feet before she lunged forward to catch Claire around her torso and try to force her to the ground.

Phoenixfire lunged forward and Claire instinctively slouched and braced herself by placing one leg a little bit behind her. Phoenixfire manged to get her arms wrapped around Claire's torso, but Hawkins was still standing! Though she had been pushed back when Phoenixfire's momentum transferred to her, it wasn't the force that she needed but enough to push back the braced woman.
"Please tell me you can do better then this......" Claire said before she attempted to transition into a standing side headlock wile within Phoenixfire's grasp!

Phoenixfire was dismayed when her attempt to gain some measure of control in the match failed. At most, she'd made her budge just a smidgen, but what was this? Claire had a grip on her with that headlock of hers and wasn't about to let go for all the fame in the world. There had to be a reasonable way out of this hold and she'd have to think of it quick. It had to be an effective move that would please her tutor and she had just the plan for getting out of this hot mess she'd found herself in. Phoenixfire maintained the struggle for a few moments before releasing her grasp quickly and trying to grab hold of something to push Claire's head back. If she could do it fast enough so that Claire didn't have time to mount a defense, she was going to go for a forearm smash.

'What the?' Claire had thought when Phoenixfire grabbed a handful of her hair. Phoenixfire then proceeded to pull her head backwards, by the hair, and manged to land a rather hard forearm shot to the upper part of her chest/near her neck. Surprised, and in pain, Claire fell to the canvas. Relinquishing the hold completely!

Phoenixfire cheered inwardly when she was released from the awful hold that she'd been in and Claire topple to the canvas. She'd have to make her next move quick while Claire was still grounded from her earlier move. Phoenix didn't waste time to use the slight bounciness of the mat to her advantage to give her the extra 'oomph' when she sprung up and into position when she went for a knee drop.

Landry applauded Phoenixfire's use of the knee drop, his ancestor Dr. Jerry Graham's signature move. It wasn't as pretty as the leg drop, but it was maximum force focused on a single hard point in the knee, which meant maximum damage.

Without missing a beat, Phoenixfire dropped the knee to wherever she had been aiming it! In response to that, Claire flopped a little bit and rolled onto her side. Looking to get up as fast as she could before Phoenixfire opted for some more knee drops!

Phoenixfire shrunk back from Claire after she had carefully executed her attack. She'd struck Claire hard enough to get her attention and now she had her running scared, judging by how quickly her opponent was getting to her feet to avoid a repeat of Phoenix's attack. Phoenix didn't want to come straight out and destroy Claire but making her strain to keep competing in this match was the best way to achieve what she wanted. All she had to do was wait for Claire to make the first move.

Claire got back to her feet and looked around at the crowd. Yeah she was currently on the losing end of the match at the moment, but now it was all on Phoenixfire if she lost. She shouldn't have allowed Claire time to gt up!
Anyway......
Claire faced Phoenixfire and didn't do anything! Well other then taunt her and trying to goad her into charging at her. Which probably wouldn't work, but hell, it was worth a try wasn't it?
