I got these items called "Up-Grade" and "Duvious Disk."
I just have one question... What on earth are these items for? Same thing for some items called "Protector", "Magmarizer", and "Reaper Cloth"
What are these items good for?

Upgrade will evolve Porygon into Porygon2
Dubious Disc will evolve Porygon2 into PorygonZ
Protector evolves Rhydon into Rhyperior
Magmarizer evolves Magmar into Magmortar
Reaper Cloth evolves Dusclops into Dusknoir.

The pokemon have to be traded holding the corresponding item.
So if you traded a Magmar holding the Magmarizer to me, it would evolve.

what lvl do they have to be before they evolve or is it like the stones and doesn't matter as long as they have the items?
