Several members now have crew status. I don't know if the system notified you, if not, the memberlist would probably tell you. Mostly people who were active on the old thread. If it's not you, don't be upset, you can become crew by setting a good example for the others. Obviously, Crew members abusing their power will be stripped of their status, and banned if it's a serious offense. Dealing with other issues: unless I'm mistaken, Koko is not stepping back from TGG because she's upset, but because she has a ton of responsibilities, especially with the new system. I have chosen crew to help, which will include her, and I just have one request: When you review an applicant, please archive their name and reason( a simple copy/paste will do. Example: "Join Request From: Keithing Joining Reason: I am currently an active member of the Gay Guild thread." ), and whether you accepted or declined. Also, if you declined, please write why. Periodically, you can send me the archive by e-mail( I'll get you all my e-mail addy, try me on AIM if you can) Of course, you are not obligated to review applicants if you don't want to. Finally, an FYI: We've hit a little snag: I accepted Koko but she's not on the member list( is is because she's a mod?) I just wanted to let everyone know that it's a glitch, not hostility. She is of course welcome here as the long-time surrogate mother of this guild.

Current crew: Vague, Kokoryta( who's a mod anyway), Keithing, Astri, Damian Myrddin
Potential crew: JoVo, Chibi Otaku
If you are mentioned above and would like to become/remain Crew, Please post in this thread or IM me and indicate your acceptance of the following conditions:
1) You agree not to abuse the moddish powers in personal grudges.
2) You agree to keep and occasionally submit an archive of accepted and declined applicants, as described in the post above. Also, if possible, please PM declined applicants with an explanation.( If they're not accepting PMs, don't worry about it.)
3) You agree to be patient with Kokoryta and I, and if you have dispute with our actions, to RESPECTFULLY explain your problem.
4) In an emergency where Koko or I are not available, you may ban, but keep documentation to explain why.
5) You agree NOT TO PM ME under any circumstance unless I say it's OK. Use AIM or email.( You all know how to email through Gaia? Good.)
If think of anything else, I'll add it. I do not require Crew to maintain a certain level of participation, though it's obviously very helpful.
We have one more issue: All the Invites I sent are gone from the Join Request list, but Only JoVo and Chibi Otaku are in the memberlist( there is a way to see the second page, you have to add &keyword=&page=# and replace the # with the page you want to see). While it seems likely that Borealis declined, and possible that Steal and Peter Rabbit did, I can't imagine Pell declining. Does anyone know what happened?

Hmm... Define "personal grudges," I mean they're so subjective. rolleyes
It all sounds reasonable enough. I accept your terms, Godfather! *kisses the ring* Pell hasn't shown up in the old thread either. I'll go and PM him if you haven't already.

Nooo! Don't give me authority/responsibility! crying I haven't been active for so long, and I don't like having power over people I don't know, so unless you really need me, please don't make me Crew.
As for why the others haven't appeared, is it possible that they just haven't been online?

Pyrrhic, it is a bit unfair, but the crew is mainly from the original thread. Over time, I'm betting that more regulars here will become crew. 3nodding

And about the others: I invited 6 users, and your names all then were added to the pending members list. You and JoVo accepted, so obviously you're in the regular memberlist now, not pending. But the others ALSO disappeared from the pending list, and they're not in the guild. This suggests that they declined, but I can't imagine Pell declining, especially since he's away! That's why I asked if anyone knew anything, such as having tried to accept or declined them( which causes glitches)! JoVo I accept, but only if I get to wear a cool hat. Or have a pet parrot.
