These rules are ABSOLUTE! meaning, unless I or the Captain Commander specify there will be no exceptions whatsoever. (Once a Vice is appointed he/she will have the same right to make exception to these rules)

1) Respect EVERYONE! Meaning, I dont give a damn if you are a 3rd seat speaking to a unseated member, you will not show disprespect to them without provokation. This applies to all Gotei 13 Members. If I find any examples of this disappointing behavior, well the first offence will be an unpleasant one for you, second is being stripped of all rank, third is having all skills you aquired from your previous rank sealed. A fourth offence will be expulsion from this squad, or if it is deemed banishment from the sereitei (Ban from guild). Now a little friendly trash talk is perfectly fine, however blatant and malicious insults and the like are what I cosider disrespect. (This is for OOC Mostly)


2) You will be assigned rank based upon skill, not order of joining. Meanining that even if you are the first of those who join use here in squad 10, if you are a terrible rper I will leave you unseated. I will have an entire squad of unseated members if I deem them unfit for rank.

3) If you are new to RPing, I encourage you to join, however you must be willing to learn to improve if you wish to gain any recognition.
