What do you guys think so far?

The name Scott and the look of him, makes me think of Scott Honeycutt coming out with a new look.

The Gimmick, regardless of heel or face, makes me think of Jericho when he made his return to wrestling, he brought along his band to give it some publicity.
I also remember that he was have a feud with Flair (Can't forget Flair knocking down the speakers mrgreen )
Jericho was also saying he was better than John Cena in the music industry.

RKO is severely over-used as a finisher...but what if you used the Stunner instead? Other then that it looks good.

For the cobra clutch move, it seems like you were going for a half-nelson suplex, but with the cobra clutch...I think it should be called something like "Seeing Starrs" Or "Starr Crossed" since it has to do with the head. Also, you might want to consider something like this move
