IT LIVES!I've been away from SW for years now, and in that time pretty much all of my wolves have lost contact with their acquaintances except for one or two. (No hard feelings! It's to be expected, I don't think I ever indicated if I'd be coming back or not. Anyway though!) In light of this I'm looking for some love for some of them again, or possibly just general RP. That's what this thread is for!
If you're interested in plotting with me please post the form with your ideas! Please don't be offended if I tell you I won't go with your particular wolf or idea, it's nothing personal! Looking For: Females and encounters
History: Hige's history is even longer than Rio's, and far more complex. He wandered into the woods as a pup and was adopted by Selia, who to this day he still regards as his mother, though he's since remembered the fate of his true family. He was the adopted brother of Yero as well, Selia's first adopted "son". Hige loved her with every little bit of his heart, so he happily accepted her, at the time, mate, Devvyl as his stepfather. He met his own soon to be adopted brother, Thayne, a pup on his own in the woods, and then his first mate, Loki. The three followed Devvyl and Selia to their packlands and became members, but eventually after the alphas had their first litter Hige led his small band to find new lands to make room for the pups (But not before bonding with his little brothers and sisters.). He and Loki became alphas of the South Seaside, the pack surged and grew, then shrunk. Many things happened in the course of the years they were there, two litters for Hige and Loki, alliances, enemies, members coming and going, so on and so forth. Loki even went missing for a time, and Hige was heartbroken. When she returned things seemed to return to normal but shortly after Hige too disappeared, and that's where he stands now.
There are a lot of details not included, like meeting some of his biological family, but it's so much to try to take in that this hopefully gives the jist of it. He's leading a family band along with Thayne currently, unsure of what the next move should be, but glad to have his beta and pack brother at his side through it all.
About: Hige is a cosplay of Hige, from Wolf's Rain (I also have Tsume, who was entrusted to me, and I know there's a Kiba, Toboe, and Blue out there.). I've taken as much of Hige's personality from the anime as I could, but if I had to specify I'd say he's probably the Hige from around the time that the wolves found the entrance to Paradise and *SPOILER SPOILER* happened. You know what I mean.
Anyway, Hige is a laid back, large, LARGE wolf (Mountain breed) and slowly finding himself again. He's sobered up from his days as an alpha and is now more laid back than before, but also more firm.
Currently: Leading a group of relatives, friends, and offspring in search of new pack lands away from the bustle of the free lands. He, Kouji, Feanaro, and an unnamed fourth (Possibly Haru) will be acting alphas of four new packs united under one allied flag, so to speak.
Last seen: Heading into Feanaro's and Selia's territory with his troupe.
Seeking: Females: Hige has one breeding slot left, I'd like to find a strong, young female (With natural colors and markings.) to bear his last litter and hopefully produce an heir for the West. Any females applying for this position should be aware that they won't be the only female in his life, and that one of the girls in particular (one of Alyosha's girls) tends to be jealous. Hige will give the appearance of favoring her to keep her placated. It won't exactly be a harem set up (Unless the females chose to be with him exclusively, and no other males.), but any females in the pack that are unspoken for may be fair game to Hige's advances-- and no, he will not force anyone to be with him. It's totally voluntary. ; Recruits: This isn't open yet, technically, but the band will be looking for others to join their packs sooner or later. Each of the four alphas will run their packs their way, so more information about what kind of packs they run will be available once we have the pack recruitment thread open.

History: A shared history with his sister, Ellie, he's been traveling with their family pack for some time now. After his uncle's disappearance the troupe set off to find the alpha and find out what happened, and they've stuck together since. He gets along well with Haru and Marissa, who are cousins, but he's never had a mate.
Altogether the family group consists of: Hige, Thayne, Tony (Thayne's mate), Haru, Marissa, Freya, Ellie, their siblings (I think, I haven't heard back from Luce yet), and Liam.
About: Liam is like his sister, quiet, serious, and fiercely protective. They act as gammas in their family group, protecting the others within it along side their father and uncle, but that's about all there is to him at this point.
Currently: Traveling with his (adoptive) uncle as a family unit, now with Kouji, his daughter Xiou, and Suzaku as well. They're seeking lands to call their own.

Location: Wandering the Free lands with Agrona
Looking For: Serious mate, general encounters
History: Rio's history is a long one. He was a member of his birth pack when he met his first love interest, Vinny, and eventually his best friend, Hiro. Hiro's arrival drew a wedge between the three, though, and after some misunderstandings followed by Rio stepping aside to let the two be happy together, he, well... fell into the river and got swept downstream.
In truth he was sitting by the rapids watching them rush by, lost in thought, when he went into a daze and heard a voice calling to him from the river. That's why and when he fell in, and he was lost to the rushing rapids. A human shaman found him and took him in, cleaning and bandaging his paw (Which was injured from a fight with Hiro earlier.). For a long time Rio stayed with the human settlement by that lake, feeling a kinship with the human medicine man. When he finally parted from the odd "pack" he had already begun to get a grasp on his abilities. He met Sol-un in the woods and learned of what it meant to be a shaman among their kind. Sol showed him how to harness a bit of his power and encouraged him to practice both using his abilities and listening to his partner element. This eventually led him to meet Phib and Ame, who took Rio into their pack to make use of his abilities. He also met Naib, the second love of his life. They had a beautiful litter of four and things were going well. Why they wandered away from each other isn't clear, but they seemed to just lose the spark that had kept them together, somehow. Rio holds no resentment, and still cares about Naib's well being and happiness, as well as that of their children, whom he hasn't seen since they grew to adulthood. He disbanded from the pack and took to wandering again, feeling he'd learned all he could from the sea, and now seeking his partner's other embodiments once again.
About: Rio was the third or fourth known shaman to the woods. The elements before him were Wind, Earth (Trees), and Space, followed by Fire and Shadows, and any after that I don't know! However, Rio was lucky enough to train under Sol-un, the first shaman, the brother of the wind. He learned a lot from the older wolf, including how to listen to his element and distinguish her voices, how to find her in different places, and with her help, healing others. In order to heal Rio has to have some type of water nearby to be in contact with. He's able to influence the push and pull of the water immediately around him, but only just a bit, something that's come with five years of training.
Each body of water takes on a different tone of voice and has a different "personality" in a way, though it's all water and thus-- all connected, almost like a collective-mind, but with only one entity to start with. Babbling brooks are more playful, the ocean is deep, wise, and maternal, lakes are easy going and a bit placid, rivers are much the same but always on the move, you get the idea.
Rio himself? He's laid back, like his element, a bit lazy, playfully so though. He enjoys spending time with others and flirting from time to time. He has a Mexican accent (I know, I know, wolves, but Rio is an OC and there are much stranger things out there.) and comes from an unspecified area far south. He's taller than the average wolf, frame a little lanky with his slightly longer legs, and he's never seen without his accessories. He's typically easy to get along with and is a lover, not a fighter.
Currently: Traveling with Agrona. He and Agrona will be joining Hige's troupe soon. He's open for encounters otherwise.
Last seen: Near the Southern coast with Agrona, traveling alongside rivers and streams whenever possible.
Seeking: A mate (He's going to have a fling with Agrona first, but I do want to find a girl for him to settle down with. Be advised that I am VERY picky when it comes to the girl's personality for Rio. Natural colors and markings only please. Solids are okay, but I'd prefer darker colors that go into lighter colors, like a real wolf's would, for anything else.).

Looking For: A mate (Will be the alpha female of the Eastern lands)!
History: Another wolf with a drawn out past. Kouji was the only surviving male of any of his father's litters with his mother. He and his father had violently differing views however, so he helped his youngest sister, Talia, escape and followed shortly after, swearing that he'd free the plague-devastated pack from his psychotic father's paranoid ways. He met and reunited with wolves from his past and new faces alike, including his mate, who at the time was just a pup. They had a bit of a Romeo and Juliet romance, purely because of her father's protective streak, but Kouji didn't even see her in that way until she was old enough to "notice". It was simply a string of misunderstandings and a, at the time, one sided crush that led Yero to react so harshly. Eventually they found each other though, and Kouji made good on his promise. Unfortunately the plague returned and the pack was scattered, and Kouji hasn't had it in him to return, but does go on listening for any clues on the whereabouts of his family as they go. By now he has given up hope that Nessa will return.
About: Even before the plague hit again Kouji was a bit quiet, but it was a quiet strength and dominance rather than simply quiet. He has a sense of humor, however, albeit a bit subtle, and he's more expressive than most. He's generally easy to get along with. He can be fiercely protective over his daughter, though she's certainly not afraid to put him in his place and let him know that she can make her own decisions. He tends to sulk a bit after these tiffs, but generally leaves her to her own devices.
He can get a little bit flustered sometimes by advances or teasing from bold females, but when the situation calls for a dominant touch he's almost always able to hone in on it and can be one track minded as long as the need is there.
He's acquainted with Hige through Yero, Tsume through Talia (his sister), Suzaku (she was his alpha for a brief time), as well as many others. There's not a whole lot more to it than that.
Currently: Traveling with Hige's family and his daughter, Xiou and former pack mate, Suzaku, as well. They're seeking lands to call their own. Kouji will be the alpha of the Eastern territory.

History: Sen and his brother, Kurogane, were born to a normal pack. It was attacked and slaughtered by a wandering alpha and his pack, and they were only spared because they were pups that seemed they'd be useful to the male's plans. Raised in that pack instead made them ruthless and sadistic. They tried joining another pack once, to get away, but upon being told they wouldn't be allowed to leave again beyond a certain point they elected to take their freedom and go. They simply never went back "home" after that.
Originally they were sent to retrieve Tony, a female that had been assimilated into their alpha's pack by force but managed to get away, soon after encountering Thayne, however, they decided it wasn't worth the trouble and that the alpha would be done in soon enough anyway. They're just wandering around now a days, making trouble.
About: Sen is a sociopath. He feels no guilt or remorse for his actions and has purely self serving tendencies. He will NEVER LOVE anyone in a healthy manner. If he does it wouldn't be "love", but some sick fascination or obsession-- again --for his own devices. I don't exactly have any desire to play this, so I'd rather stick to flings.
Sen is not, however, above lying to a female to make her THINK he loves her, and as most sociopaths tend to be, quite good at it. He seems much more charismatic than his brother, who is the brawn of the pair while Sen is the brain. Rest assured that it's only surface deep, if that.
Currently: Traveling the freelands, he was separated from his brother. He's snappish and constantly irritable because of it.

Seeking: Encounters. I don't plan for him to join a pack again. Personally he detests them after his last two attempts. He abhors being told what to do so he really can't follow under an alpha or beta. You're welcome to suggest plot ideas but I'm not up for his personality very much. He is available for flings or if you need a villain that won't get too personally invested and you think he can fit that role.

History: Haru led a normal life as a pup, as the oldest son of his parents first litter he was also chosen to be the heir for the pack as their litter grew older. Haru had a close relationship with his siblings and most of his cousins (Liam, Ellie, Lindir, Marissa, and Conan). He trained a little under his father and mother, but there wasn't a great deal to teach him since the pack was so laid back, mostly everyone in the pack just did their own thing and his parents were in charge of it's protection and keeping the peace. As a result he's what most would consider soft.
When Hige disappeared the younger generation decided to go look for him, taking just two of the older pack members with them for guidance (Thayne and Tony), leaving the pack to his mother and siblings, and somehow after finding Hige they just never found their way back. Haru doesn't really know what happened to this day, but he chooses to stay with his father and adoptive uncle (Thayne) so that over the years he could see what the outside world was like. He's gradually taking on a more instinctive, dominant mindset.
About: Haru was a pretty laid back wolf, much like his father. If you were to picture a kind of typical lazy teenage boy mentality you'd have Haru close to pegged, but since traversing the free lands with his family he's started to mature and mellow a lot from the somewhat goofy guy he used to be.
Currently: Traveling with his father as a family unit, now with Kouji, his daughter Xiou, and Suzaku as well. They're seeking lands to call their own.

Looking For: Encounters
History: She has a troubled past, separated from her twin and sole surviving litter mate, Trija, in an attempt to get away from their xenophobic father. Her escape brought her steadily south into the lands that belonged to her friend Ronan's father. After meeting the green wolf her travels continued. She was only an adolescent at the time she came to the freelands, but after a month she reached full maturity. She made several acquaintances, among those being Tsume and Hige's pack (at that time), leaving the biggest impacts.
To make long story a bit shorter: Tsume and Talia became a mated pair. For a very brief time they stayed in the South Seaside pack where Talia's friends were and Tsume had made home, but before long both of them felt their wandering urges return. They said their goodbyes and set out for the mountains together.
Now, Talia has returned, and nothing seems to be as she remembered it. She's looking for a place for herself in the newly defined lands, seeking familiar scents and hoping to make sense of all the new ones.
About: Talia's a she-wolf through and through. She lives on instinct (With enough sense of mind to know when to ignore instinct and when not.), morals, experience, and common sense. The above traits have shaped her into someone who is nurturing but a predator, aggressive and capable, friendly though, and willing to look after abandoned pups she might come across, having never had her own. She's not beyond being social, but don't mistake kindness for weakness or dropped guard. She's been around the woods, literally, and knows how to look after herself. She's not likely to go for a male that isn't at least something of a "traditional" wolf. Monogamous, protective, kind of territorial (But not a total, distrusting jerk.), dominant. She doesn't want someone that's going to assume a submissive position to her and she doesn't want someone that's going to carry themselves exactly even with her either. Weird huh? She's kind of old school like that, though. Above all else she's looking for certainty and structure.

History: Ellie and her siblings were born to the pack in a time of peace. Her parents were, are, extremely loving and were quite thrilled to have their first litter, especially when all four were born healthy. It was largely confusing for a time though, as members were going and coming around them quite frequently. Eventually when her uncle Hige... disappeared, so did they, following to find him, wherever it was he'd disappeared to. She and Liam chose to stay with their parents no matter what. Eventually they did find him again, along with some of his own offspring, and after sorting the details of what had happened the group stuck together as a rag tag family, collectively deciding that it would be better to leave the pack in the hands of the rest of the new generation.
About: Ellie is kind of a blank slate, though I do know she's more quiet like her father with her mother's easy temper and her father's tendency to anger into a fit of rage when loved ones are threatened.
Ellie doesn't speak much in general, using very few words, but she's fiercely, silently loyal. If she has a sense of humor it's a small one, she's rather serious. Perhaps, though, the most terrifying aspect about her isn't the social awkwardness, it's the fact that any male that wants to get close to her is going to have to go through one MADLY protective father and one enormous, equally protective uncle. Yikes.

History: Suzaku was born in a litter of four, directional-god colored wolves. She's the Phoenix, fiery and forgiving and also the only female. The elders of their pack originally thought the pups were destined to become rulers in their lands, but a blizzard separated the four pups from their home and it became clear that wasn't meant to be. Making matters worse she and one brother got separated from the other two, and then Suzaku got separated from him too! She ran into a pup named Helaku and the two met Akamu, Hige's brother by blood.
There was a bit of drama when her brothers found out she was associating with "outside wolves", and she was disowned, torn and heartbroken she eventually decided to stay with Helaku and Akamu. Akamu more or less adopted the two pups as his own, so some of Suzaku's time was spent with the South Seaside pack until their adopted father had pups of his own.
She stayed for a while, but eventually she went off to see more of the woods. She temporarily formed a pack, found a mate, joined Phib's pack when her own disbanded, and now she's just "bumming" it. She's never had pup's of her own, but Suzaku did adopt a young female pup when she was just a teen herself. Sort of. It's been a long, long time since she saw her though, not since the pup became an adolescent, back in the South Seaside pack.
So Suzaku is quite free.
About: Like the phoenix Suzaku is fiery in color, but rather than being hot tempered as everyone expects she takes on the more forgiving personality traits of her name sake, not that she knows this. She tends to blame herself when things go wrong, like with her brothers, and to be soft spoken unless the situation calls for otherwise. All of her experiences have given her a well rounded personality, but she's a bit painfully quiet these days. Everyone she knew is no longer part of her life and she's just been wandering for ages.

History: Marissa and her siblings were born to Akamu and Lavena. There were four of them in that first litter, and only two girls. Marissa's sister was crazy.
No, really, she was crazy.
Needless to say they didn't get along well, her sister was a terrible bully and violent, and their darker brother didn't speak much. Marissa spent most of her time with the oldest. Despite the difference of being first and last born the two bonded well, teasing one another and usually competing. Many happy days were spent in the pack lands their uncle led with their aunt (in law). When one day she met Leith things just seemed to get better, the two fell in love, birds and bees and puppies, YAY!
But, this is around the point, shortly after, that I fell off the face of the earth again. The pups are assumed to have grown and gone separate ways, Leith and Marissa, well, I'm not sure, but it seems they've found different packs now, and that's okay, if so. Marissa is currently with the family group along with her biological uncle and cousins.
About: Marissa is a sweetheart, still a bit childish at heart, energetic, and playful, it's as if she barely grew out of adolescence. I don't know if she'll permanently calm down and mellow out again, she did that once with Leith and it doesn't seem to have stuck.

History: Xiou's parents technically have more history than she herself does. She and her three siblings were born to Kouji and Nessarose, shortly after they won their packlands from her grandfather. Things were perfectly alright for a while, even after Toshiya, her father's only son, left and members began to filter in and out. Then the plague that originally wiped out most of her grandfather's pack returned. Xiou's parents and her sister were separated and they're not sure what happened to her grandmother, her mate, and their pups. Xiou ended up with her father, the rest of the pack scattering. Her father was devastated and couldn't bring himself to try re-banding the pack again. Xiou stuck with him and they've set out, instead, to return to the free lands in hopes of finding anyone they know.
About: Xiou is head strong, but knows when to be submissive. Her wild coloring gives away a bit of her personality as well, she's loud and likes to play around. As of late she tends to be a bit calmer around her father, being lone wolves amongst so many has them both a bit on edge, especially since the woods are a lot more dangerous than Kouji ever remembers them being. They're treading with a great deal of caution these days.

He doesn't have much of a backbone and his worst fear would be to have to be a leader. He is quiet, awkward, and prefers to do as asked in hopes of a kind word.

Wolf's Name: Kingdom Key
History: KK was alpha over a small group of wolves when a rather agressive pack callled Feral Cry absolutely decimated her family and a neighboring pack without warning. Having such a spotty memory since then, she eventually ended up being buried underground by mysterious circumstances. Recently she's been released from her earthen cage and is now co-alpha of The Realm of Light, though she's got a few secrets that could prove threatening to the relatively peaceful pack if revealed.
About: KK's not at all what you would expect from an alpha: she's quite informal and chatty, treating each wolf like a potential friend. At times she's got a terrible memory, and her manner might overwhelm more quiet wolves, but she's got a good heart in her chest if not a good head on her shoulders. KK encourages wolves to question anything and everything.
Plot: Riku yay! 8D I'm not sure how well-versed you are in the Kingdom Hearts world, but it would be awesome if he joined the KH pack The Realm of Light, which is mainly composed of wolves patterned after keyblades. They've got some plots that'll slowly come into play of their own, not counting what will happen to them once Reign of Terror, the local baddies, goes to collect tribute.
Mate: Not neccesarily anything has to happen. This is mainly an offer for Riku to come join the pack. ^^

Wolf's Name: Tauro
History: Current history: Tauro has been reunited with her long-lost sister Gerda in the Gomorrah pack, but since a) Tauro's adopted boy Seiphyr has moved on, b) Gerda's pups have grown up, and c) Gerda's daughter Piper, the Gomorrah alpha, isn't the fondest of Tauro, she's looking to move on and find a pack and home of her own.
About: Tauro is very family-oriented and, while she shows most wolves initial distrust, is forever loyal to those who get on her good side. She is very brash and loud but that's just because she doesn't know how to be nice, not because she wants to be mean. She pretty fond of male company, and secretly she's always hoped to have a litter of her own, but she's had to face up to the fact that she's barren.
Plot: She is... Kouji's niece and therefore Xiou's cousin, as you can see in this hastily drawn-up family tree. I just think it'd be fun for them to meet and talk about Old Times; Tauro's always looking for her far-flung family, especially since she can't have children. Tauro's also looking for a new pack, so if either of them would like to join her on that... the more, the merrier.
Mate: It'd be funny if she and Kouji ended up together (and, since he's an older male and not, y'know, blood related to her, she will probably flirt with him), but not as the main point of the RP.
Puppies: Nope! Tauro is definitely barren.

Your Name: Mistress Trinket
Wolf's Name: Zigana
History: Due to her family having followed the human gypsy group she knows a bit about those humans and the way of a gypsy. She grew tired of always moving around and so left the humans to venture out on her own and find a place to call her own. Some of the habits within that group of wolves that followed the humans had low morals and so she set about to create her own destiny, by trying to begin a pack of Gypsy Song
About: (Short version) Zigana is a free spirit, but she can be stubborn about some things. However she is kind and laid back concerning the comings and goings of those who have decided to follow her, keeping with the way of the free spirited gypsies.
Plot: I'm open to Zigana meeting any one (or more) of your wolves. However I think it would be interesting to have her and Rio were to meet, or an encounter with Suzaku. I'm not sure how they would view her, if they were to come across her while she was dancing/singing/playing the tambourine...
Mate: If they were to click, it would need to be something permanent due to Zigana's morals.
Puppies: See above.

Well, we could certainly RP! Wow it must've been ages! I can barely remember what RP's Sen had before people started disappearing (Myself included.)! Sure we could do a reunion! Sen's been separated from his brother, I think, since I don't know what's up with Jes these days (We fell out of touch.) so he's likely to be really broody. He would totally be up for whoring himself out on a female or two. Poor Adieu XD; he'd probably be a little intrigued by Fu, especially if there was a gain to be had by sticking around him, but Sen's main interest is in manipulating and tormenting (It's not the best description but if you were to compare you could almost think of Envy from FMA, and his obsession/rage with/towards the Elrics.).
