Background: Arc was never going to be a good kid.
His mother and father were both alcoholic, his father a violent alcoholic, his mother a sexually active one, the two couldn't be in the same room without fighting. He was always on the sidelines of the fights between his mother and father, always being forced to watch, until eventually they took it out on him, beating him senseless one day, until the entire left hand side of his face was left cut open.
His parents died one night in a drunken stupor, each taking the others life in the process, the father stabbing the mother, and the mother shooting the father. Arc was sent to an orphanage.
He became the biggest bully in the school, sociopathically bullying each and every student he thought he could make profit out of, and has been known to get into fights with upper-school kids, as well as anybody who he views as a threat to his hierarchy, as school bully. His most notable crimes are attempted murder of a Yakuza enforcer, and assault against a teacher. Neither pressed charges, although Arc suspects the Enforcer will be hunting him down.
