I'm craving fried chicken, but my recipe of how to fry chicken comes out nowhere near restaurant-style, and neither version is very tasteful (spices and herbs).
How do I get my chicken nice and fluffy, and very flavorful?
Is there a goo way to add cheese to the recipe?
What veggies would go with this?
Nice and fluffy fried chicken ? You want your fried chicken to have a nice crispy skin and juicy meat on the inside. Aside form what mea said, I stick with cooking the drumsticks and the thighs. Dark meat has more flavor.
If you're adding cheese, you're leaning towards making chicken cordon bleu. As for vegetables, that's all up to you.
