[OOC: Audrey's Graduation Pool Party! There was a thread, but if you think you know Audrey or one of her close friends, send me a PM! If you've already RSVP'd to me, post away!]

It was perfect. May 1st, graduation was a month away, but Audrey couldn't be pressed to wait any longer. The temperatures had already been soaring up into the 80s and to the bluenette, that meant that it was pool season. She had lucked out in the fact that along the way, she had acquired an incredibly wealthy friend with an incredibly large swimming pool that was maintained and open year-round. There'd been some nervousness in the background when Jada had mentioned her parents' divorce, but the party had gone on as scheduled in planning and execution. Somewhere in the house, the staff was preparing punch and chips and sandwiches for the group of teens that would no doubt demolish anything in their path.

The lady of the house herself, aforementioned Jada, was already flitting around making sure that everything was in place, an elegant white cover-up gown over her purple bikini. Audrey hadn't even bothered. Not more than ten minutes ago the teen had slathered her white skin from head to toe in spf 115, threw on what could best be considered the tiniest pair of jean shorts either girl had ever seen, and was padding around barefoot. It would have shocked everyone she knew to hear she had bought a bikini, let alone that she was wearing it free and clear without any qualms on her part. The bruises were gone, the scrapes were nothing but pink healing skin. Why be self-conscious now?

Unable to resist, with nothing to do but look pretty, Audrey dropped to the ground and plopped her calves and feet into the pool. There were signs leading any guests through the ballroom and around the corner to the pool, it was almost impossible to get lost. Hopefully they all showed up soon, or she was going to start without them!

Zink reached up and pressed the nose of his 'gun' to Dem's head.

"Brigand..." he chided but there was a chuckle in his voice. "Culprit apprehended... He'll be soaked soon enough."

"I brought the lunatic fringe....and a pool game..." he said fighting back a wider smile as he 'escorted' his partner in crime. Oh they'd probably pay for that later. But honestly, how often did he laugh like that... it was worth it.

For the most part he was 'behaved' as he was suddenly taken hostage, until he heard his real name. Then it was a time of frantic waving and hurried pleading of "NO NO NO, don't CALL me that, cmoooon please? It's Demy, just Demy, kay? KAY! Awesome, thanks!"

Crisis averted, Demy was all smiles even with the deadly squirt gun aimed right at his head.
"Well of COURSE we're here! We wouldn't miss it for the world, even though I had to force Z into buying swim trunks. Maaan Audrey I tried to get him to get these really awesome ones, they had rainbow pandas, we could have matched!"
His own were rainbow stars, afterall.
"But he insisted on plain old boring black. Can you believe that? He totally doesn't trust my fashion sense, hrmph!"

In spite of being ordered to go to Audrey's pool party, Heather was not exactly unhappy about the idea. She'd gone out and actually bought a swim cover to go over her bikini to save the time of changing when she got to the address. The fact that the weather had remained in tact for such an occasion was even better. When she actually found herself in the pool area (the house was massive and impressive as she'd gone through that), she watched as a water balloon exploded over the top of Audrey's head.

Soon followed by Demy being held at (water)gun point. In spite of herself, she chuckled, for once amused by the hyper boys antics. Or perhaps moreso amused with the idea that Zink intended to soak the boy himself. This was backed up as Demy was squirted with the gun again.

She made a mental note to push him into the pool later on. If the chance arose, of course. It certainly would be the highlight of her day, anyways.

"Afternoon guys." she walked towards the small group.

"Rainbow Pandas?" she pretended to think on the subject for a moment, slowly inching her way over towards where Demy was standing. "I dunno, Rainbow pandas are pretty damn spectacular. It'd be really hard to go wrong with them." with that, she turned to face Demy.

"Hey Demy." she beamed at the blonde before bringing her arms up and pushing the boy flat across the chest. With any luck, he'd be caught off guard and fall back into the pool. It was a totally well thought out plan. Yes.

Besides! He totally had it coming to him after all! He was standing there and it was practically being begged to be done. How could she not?

"NO...RAINBOW ...PANDAS..." He protested, maybe he could pass the red as a sunburn...even if it was awfully fast.
He had to stifle a laugh as Demy got a hard push towards the pool and miraculously salvaged the balloons. Trust him to save the 'grenades'.

"NOT me..." He added "You got a concession on getting swim trunks, I don't need to swim too..."
He nodded as though that made it -all final.

Watching the water-filled latex float on the surface of the pool, Audrey was filled with elation. Though Zac was and would always be her Number One, the grad girl was eying Heather with something akin to worship. It would have been rude to be the first person in the pool, she was the host! But now there was someone in there too, even though it hadn't been his choice. Demy didn't seem keen to get out though, and that was all the teen needed.

"Heather, you are my hero! Oh god, I've been dying to do this." Already her slim hands were stripping off the tiny shorts to reveal the bow-sided, polka-dotted bikini bottoms. A toss in the general direction of a chair, a tiny hop, and their captain had dove into the pool right behind Demy with a whoop. Her head surfaced, hair flowing around her body and eyes light with excitement. "I love swimming. God this pool is huge. You guys have to come in! Or I guess you can go sit with Jada, I think she's going to nap or something." A face was made in her friend's direction and a tongue was returned out in her direction.

Floating just for a moment, she paddled over like a dog to smile up at the other two dry people with a grin and lifted a balloon. "Or I can throw these!"

Gold eyes lit up at the sight of her other blue-haired friend and Audrey all but bounced up and down in the water like a sea-tossed buoy to wave at Elke. "You came! Oh gosh I'm so happy you came! You look so cute, though isn't it hot? You're gonna swim right? You have to swim!" Her mouth was moving a mile a minute and then she remembered that not everyone knew everyone else, and she paused.

"Oh yes! Elke, the tiny one is Zac, my hero here is Heather, and this one," a hand reached out and tried to dunk Demy to no avail except to get splashed and laugh, "this is Demy. Demetri, but he demands you call him Demy. They're party of my extracurricular group so I had to order them to come." All smiles, that was Audrey! Her already exotic look was only enhanced by the water slicking her curls into a wet tumble back from her face, making the girl's eyes look wide and her face almost fey. Maybe she was secretly a water nymph? Who knew!
