A massive library that has just about every single book in the oukoku Seven, other than the rarer ones the academy has horded to itself. It even contains books so ancient and dangerous that the covers of a very few books is made of flesh, be it human or otherwise. Underneath the floor is special compartments that hold many extra bodies for Grell to transfer himself into if need be, meaning if his current artifical body is damaged to much. Not only that, but he also preserves some of his very special prisoners under the floor. Only Grell can raise the panels that hold the specimens. [Grells dead parents, and former master are preserved under the floor here, but he never looks at them. Its uknown why they are here.]

Since Fuse set out from his home town he had set a goal to travel everywhere there was to go in the land of Oukoku Seken. He knew where his first stop was though. The great Land hidden in Frozen mist. Some of his friends had told him rumors of the weird experiments that took place there. Along with the futuristic beings created in the labs and the tower that some believe to be made of entirely gold, he was really there to see the legendary Human Library where it was told to hold every book in Oukoku Seken."Well I will just have to see for my self."After three long harsh days of traveling, Fuse had finally made it to the land. The first thing he did was sling his bag to the ground and sat on the steps of the library. There he sat for at least an hour catching his breath and admiring size of the library and the sight of the magnificent buildings. This was well thought out. A village hidden in a frozen mist. No wonder it took me so long to find this place. After Fuse had caught his breath, he grabbed his bag and climbed the rest of the steps to the library doors. He tried the handle. It was unlocked. They must have had motion detected laser beams out the a** in order for them to leave a place like this unlocked. Or unguarded for that matter. He was not too concerned for he had no intentions of pocketing any of the artifacts he found, no matter how valuable they might have been. See, he had a lot of respect for history and he was always eager to learn. That is why he did not own a single book because, he knew there was someone else out there who could have become that much more wise from the book Fuse could have greedily kept for himself. Fuse cracked the door a bit and peeked inside.Hello?..Is..Is anyone there? Hmm. Guess not. He cracked the door open just a little further and slipped into the room. When he saw the size of the room he almost fainted. Books and books as far as the eyes could see. Which wasn't that far because the room was so dark you would think they had not invented light bulbs yet. The only thing keeping a little light was the dim glow of Fuse's eternal flames surging through his body. Of course he could not just light a fire ball and make things brighter. Half the books in there would have burst into flames at the thought of fire. He felt his way around the the rooms and found an old, dusty lamp lying on a table. Wow an old nineteen thirty-five lamp. How is it that all old libraries have an outdated lamp? Fuse lit a little match-sized fire on the tip of his finger and placed it into the lamp. The lamp flared up instantly and Fuse quickly closed the latch. Now the room looked amazing! Book shelves that went on for blocks. Fuse didn't know where to start.Well i guess i better start from the beginning. He picked up the first book on the lowest shelf. Then he sat down against the door and read... and read... and read... Fuse had nodded off and the fire had went out. He awoke several hours later.Oh s**t what time is it? Fuse had stayed way longer than he anticipated. He bolted out the door and had ran off into the night.
