The name refers to whoever steps into this hall, not grell himself. It is a massive hall, so high that you cant see the ceiling. However up in the rafter, far out of sight is a multitude of armed weapons with laser sight, that would take the head off of anyone that even so much as flicks Grell. This is where grell takes any meeting with another lord or military commander.
