A massive fortress where Grell resides. This is the uppermost level where grell spends most of his time, creating new machinery, and sleeps as well. It appears to be a very small room to most, but thats just a distortion of the sight that grells magic has caused. It doesn't affect grell because of his artificial sight.

Fuse entered into the room carefully as to not startle Grell or make him on high alarms. Sir, i have come to u out of pure respect to tell that i was recently in the Human Library. I can assure u that i have taken nothing, but was solely on a quest for knowledge. I have come to speak with u to confirm that u are not angered by my actions. I give my humblest apologies if, in any way, i offended you. If u would like i can work for u, for free, helping around the shop or doing whatever u need done. Fuse waited for Grell's reply.

Grell smiled, with his back still towards the man. He flicked his fingers out n a quick motion. Immediately a panel of metal swung towards Fuse and pinned him to the wall. "You walk into my precious library without askig, and then you enter my private chambers? How rude." Grell said in a lyrical tone. "I suppose you could help me out a little bit. I have been waiting for someone new to expiriment on." Grell explained with a sadistic grin.

Fuse had a blank expression on his face when he had been suddenly captured. He saw this coming a mile away but he knew its was better for him to inform the guy that he had been in his library than to let him just "find out". He didn't really min being experimented on but he had to make sure he wasn't going to be forever maimed or anything. He had his whole life ahead of him and he could spend it limping around with a disfigured leg or anything. He face Grell. Alright Grell i already knew you were going to capture me. But how about this. If u let me go i will go lure some other unexpected fool into here so u can go experiment on him and stuff. Ooo and i cold be ur personal assistant. I could really use the experience and ive never experimented on anyone before. I would love for u to teach me all that you know about science, for i need a mentor. Plus i think u could use an apprentice to pass down all your knowledge to. I am willing to learn if u will teach me.

Grell turned around with a scowl. He swung out his arm and a screw appeared directly in front of Fuses throat. "If I so much as twitch my finger that screw will kill you by piercing your spine." Grell told the boy with a hint of sadism. "You couldn't possibly ever hold as much knowledge as myself! I hold more knowledge than anyone else in this world. I have memorised every word in every book within that library that you so rudely infiltrated." Grell explained fervently. He flipped his finger and the screw began to spin. The slab of metal also tightened over the boy until it would be nearing breaking his ribs. "Do not mess with me boy. I'm not someone who takes mercy upon anyone." Grell moved a few of his fingers. The screw slowly lifted itself up in front of the mans eye. "How painful do you think it would be if I moved this screw through your eye over the course of ten minutes? How about if I also set it on fire, eh?"

Fuse couldn't help but laugh on the inside, but he didn't show it in on his face. He couldn't believe what predicament he was in. He started to wonder if there was any way he could have possibly approached this man (even without him having read anything) and not have been wrongfully captured. Then he started to wonder why exactly was Grill the way he was. Did he ever have a family of his own? Were they still alive? What made him want to trap people against there will just to experiment? Fuse thought long and hard about his future. He had to question whether or not this guy really cared if Fuse read a book. He would have probably captured him regardless. So all he figured he could do was keep trying to talk his way out. Or at least not die. "I have a question for you. OK lets say you do experiment on me, what types of experiments are we talking here? I mean, are you gonna try to turn me into the perfect weapon or something? If you are, could you give me the ability to fly?"

Grell cackled sadistically. "Clearly you don't know anything of me. I can give anyone just about any ability. I have learned things beyond human capacity. No, though. You will not be turned into a super weapon. I have no use for such things. Anyways the strain such super weapon capabilities would put on your body, would crush your mind and leave you like a lifeless dummy to follow anyones orders. If the opposing team to,d you to do something you would do it because you wouldn't know any better." Grell explained with a laugh.

Fuse had thought about this for a second. He was a little saddened that he wouldn't get to be a secret weapon. Then, an idea sprang to mind." No I have heard of you. I read up on you in my studies. You were once human. You once had a heart. Is that why you haven't killed Tai yet?"

Grell grinned. "There are no recorded books with any grain of truth about me as of yet. I wouldn't trust them." Grell said with a slight cackle. "I don't know who this Tai, you speak of is, but I only kill when necessary, or when an expiriment doesn't work, of course unless the expiriment was meant to kill. Then its a success."

Fuse had to let out a sigh. He was caught between a mad man and a hard place. But he couldn't see him as a mad man. He knew he wasn't all bad. Fuse guessed that he probably just needed someone to talk to. He thought about it some more. He figured any body that was really pissed off at him would have already got him over with. This guy was actually taking the time out to explain his reasons for doing what he does." I just want to be clear. Is there any possible way for this experiment to come out good for me?"

It was dark, the night sky refusing to reveal any light. It was cool, though Meitei didn't mind. Although he was pretty much lost, Meitei continued to walk, not bothering to pay attention to where he was going. Ever since training, he could feel his strength increasing daily. He could defend himself, confident of his newfound abilities. He looked around, trying to find any clue of his location. He didn't find any, but kept looking, trying to occupy his time. But soon, he found himself remembering the area around him. This....this is from the night I was taken. Grell, the mad scientist, had captured him and taken him to this place. Meitei looked up, and was impressed at what he saw. There was a massive fortress, the design and size of it impressive. One of the tallest buildings Meitei has ever seen, he couldn't help but admire the building and everything surrounding it. Meitei soon found himself entering it, something leading his body inside. If I can find Grell, maybe he can answer a couple of questions for me. But there is something else inside there......something important?
While Meitei didn't know if it was safe to just barge into what seemed like Grell's living quarters unannounced, he didn't have much of a choice. He wanted answers and this was as good as a place as any. He climbed the steps, not rushing in the least. Grell probably knew he was here, no doubt. After a few minutes, he walked into a small room, or so it appeared. Meitei could tell that magic was at use, illusion magic. It seemed to distort the sense of sight, and while it was impressive, Meitei noticed it right away. After all, illusion magic was Meitei's specialty. In the room, he found Grell talking to some young boy. He didn't want to interrupt but he wasn't in the mood of waiting.
"Yo! Remember me?" He looked at the young boy briefly before returning his gaze back at Grell, awaiting an answer from the mad scientist.

Grell grinned viciously at Fuse. "Probably not. I'm a firm non believer in humane expiriments." Grell said with a wicked smile. Immediately as Meitei had entered his tower he felt his presence. Grell thought he might have died, but there was a small chance of living. "I remember everyone, you twit." Grell said with a snarl, as another metal plate started to wrap around Meitei to pin him to the wall.
