I've heard the same.
Unfortunately I can't smoke it (allergies...I get sick from the THC)...fortunately I can drink this stuff (bought some yesterday) and it's delicious.
I'm drinking a white russian made from it right now and it's quite good mrgreen

I've actually started a diet where i'll only eat organic fooed, drink unpasturized milk ( or hempmilk), and pasture/vegetarian fed meat.

Only thing that sucks is that its so god damn expensive XD

stare We need to get hemp, not particularly marijuana hemp,

Marijuana plants and hemp plants have different appearances and are harvested differently. Marijuana plants tend to be short and bushy, while hemp plants can have stalks that are 25 feet high!

but edible hemp hemp legalized. So we don't have to buy it from canada and other countries that haven't illegalized it

it's ridiculous that hemp is illegal when the government used to beg people to grow it. i want hemp cereal and milk! i wonder if you boil the seeds if it will come out like quinoa?

Critics — citing the possibility of serious health risks — say that further testing is needed and that FDA approval of the drug was too hasty. They point out that bGH has been banned in Europe and Canada.

Cows that are given bGH injections are more prone to health problems like lameness, reproductive trouble, and udder infections. When these cows are treated for infections with large doses of antibiotics, some of those antibiotics are likely to show up in the milk, especially because it usually takes longer to treat cows receiving bGH. While antibiotic residues themselves might not be cause for alarm, they can contribute to the development of antibiotic-resistant bacteria, which is a serious, developing public health problem.

Another concern is that injecting cows with bovine growth hormone may cause them to produce more of another hormone called insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1). Animal studies suggest that elevated levels of IGF-1 in the bloodstream could increase the risk for some cancers, particularly colon and breast cancers. Government researchers and bGH manufacturers say that the presence of a little extra IGF-1 in milk doesn't put people at any extra risk for developing this cancers because — just like bovine growth hormone — IGF-1 is broken down by the human digestive system and never makes it into the blood. But opponents say that other studies show that IGF-1 survives digestion and passes into the intestines.

Marajuana should be legal though. It would cut down on a lot of trafficking along the borders. plus, if you legalize it, you can tax it like you would tobacco and alcohol, and there you go.
However, this conversaition would be better suited for a different thread methinks

B'aaw, I've heard about this growth hormone but since I'm lactose intolerant I never really read up on it. Now I'm kinda glad I can't drink milk anymore-before I used to love the s**t, chug a full glass, but that was organic, so I suppose this must have been going on for some time. Thanks for the news anyways, though, now I can protect my friends from getting their boobs lopped off. Dx

I second the notion of decriminalizing marijuana-I wrote a whole essay about it and have quite a few facts for when I do find this supposed thread that would be better suited for such discussion.

Ew, milk. Well, what exactly are we going to do?

FYI, hemp = cannabis. Marijuana = cannabis. Different parts of cannabis, but cannabis.
