Domo: Mother was never stupid, miss. *politely* Lemon was just too timid to act on her thoughts. Lime is quite clever.
Delu *huffs* If you say so but she's still just a cat. Being clever and cruel dosen't make you smart in my books - it just makes you mean. It's much for difficult to be kind and takes far more brain power to help then it does to hurt.
Domo: *ears tilt back* My mother both helped and hurt me. What should I say to that, princess?
Delu - I would say that you were lucky to have the kind spells - but that dosen't excuse the cruel ones.
Domo: She was never cruel to me, miss. Only strict. Without her, I would have never developed discipline.
Delu - *sighed slightly, quite aware that she would never convince Domo of Lemon Limes various faults - the wolf was as blind to them as a wolf could be* Very well then Domo, but her version of strict does not track with mine
Domo: No, madam! You are much to kind to me. *smiles* And I cannot tell you how grateful I am for it. Before I came to your old pack, I had never known another wolf's company for so long.
Delu - You are so very frustrating at time's Domo! On one paw you sing praises about my supposed kind treatment..and on another the old stricter version of your life.
Domo: *a subtle hint of wryness with his head bowed apologeticially* I am a wolf of two sides, madam: two very distinct, opinionated sides. Ever will I be a hypocrite, and yet a sincere one at that.
Delu - And now your going to speak in poetic rhymes...*she stated with a slight rolling of her eyes - though it secretly pleased her, it was a sign of wit after all and Delu didn't like surrounding herself with stupid creatures.*
Domo: Not if you do not wish me to, miss. Poems require a thinking process beyond my level.
Delu *paused in mid-step gave him look of disbelief* What on earth do you call what you just said then?
Domo: *blinks, tilting his head curiously at her* A description of myself using a play on words I happened to know.
Delu - ughhh! *turning she stomped off again* Your absolutely incorrigable! *she told him over her shoulder*
Domo: ^^; I don't mean to be, madam! *trots after her, giving Delusion some distance* I am a conflicting persona myself!
Delu - "You don't say!" *she stated thought she slowed down after a little while to let Domo catch up - after traveling for so long together it was starting to feel weird being to far away from him. "But lets change the subject...I'm tired of this aimless wandering we've been doing"
Domo: *nods a little* It's natural. You've never left your pack before, yes? It must be so odd to you, but I am certain we will find a good place to settle down soon in. At the least we are putting many steps between ourselves and our nameless evil.
Delu - *considered that for a few moments* "well yes, it's ...quite a bit differant then I thought it would be" *she admited with a slight shake of her head before raising it up proudly again "but necesary and you are right - we are making progres even if it is hard to see sometimes"
Domo: That's the spirit, miss! *tail wag* I like to think of this also as a sight-seeing tour of Telk for you. The world can be a very wonderous place if you know where to look, especially now that it is getting warmer.
Delu - *Glanced around herself for a few moments* All I've seen lately is a bunch of trees... But I suppose there must be something new somewhere up ahead *she told him in a tone suggesting she was trying to stay positive*

Domo: Trees provide shade, bear fruit and nuts, and home squirrels, m'lady; I'm always thankful for them, even if they al look somewhat the same for the most part. The flowers should be blooming too! There used to be a very nice patch in my old home that always smelled so nice, and I'd lay in it to pass the afternoons . . . *trails off*
Delu - *her ears flicked slightly as he started to talk, it wasn't often that domo decided to open up and cht about things he'd done in his old home * "It sounds very peaceful" She told him "It woul be nice to find a pretty place like tha to rest a while"
Domo: It was very peaceful, strangely enough. Mayhaps if my nose is faithful we will find one again! *perks up like a little puppy* Well, if the spiky burrs don't get caught in our fur first. That also happened when I wasn't careful and - oh! - the pain to get them out.
Delu - *ponders that for a few moments* spikey burrs? I don't think I've ever had one in my fur before *she admitted after a few moments - though by the sounds of it that wasn't something to be sorry about* But I do hope we find a nice meadow of flowers along the way
Domo: There will be, trust me! Plenty of flowerbeds to go around, with their sweet aromas and soft petals on your back while you lay in the sun and just sleep . . . *goes dreamy-eyed for a moment, then shakes it off* In the forest there woudl be plenty. Let's go there for the day; you could use some shade after bearing the sun for so long.
Delu - *considers this for a few moments and then nods her head in agreement* I think we should *she told him* And we could both use a bit of a break from all this constant travel.
Domo: *gladly nods to this, hastening his steps slightly to lead the way to the nearest copse of trees, breathing in deeply once his body was fully incase beneath the shadow of the trees above* And the river runs through here too, if I hear correctly! Perfect. Perhaps we'll catch us a fat squirrel to munch on. 8D
Delu - *followed after Domo into the shade - it was a welcome relief after thier hours of walking in the sun* "Maybe after a nap..." She told him - though the prospect of a snack was also motivating "Or a rest at least" She amended as they trotted along.
