Intro- I'm trying to create a good environment for the Guild, and make sure everyone's following the rules. If you have any questions, feel free to pm me of an other crew member.

How Do I Join?
1. You need to have at least posted 5,000 times on Gaia. (It should say it on your profile page)
2. You need to be an active member of the Guild. (Try to post at least once a day, unless you have an excuse)
3. You should be willing to answer any questions from members that pertains to the Guild.
4. You need to be grammatically correct. (for example: dun tlk lie dis)
If you need to apply, pm me, and I'll interview you to see if you're fit for the job.
Demotion:
Ways to get demoted back to a member:
1. Break the Guild rules more than twice.
2. Not posting in the Guild for a week.
3. Not doing your crew duties(moving/deleting threads if they belong somewhere else, warning people that break the rules, not listening to questions people ask, etc...)
4. Bullying/threatening. (threatening members that you'll ban them for no reason, treating them like they're lower than you.)
