emily walked around the town square and noticed tv broadcasts were everywhere talking about the next hunger games. she sighed "when will things ever change?"

emily reached inside her handbag and pulled out a box
"oh i almost forgot my father wanted you to have this,inside is a identification wrist watch that has everybodys personal info in district 3 if you want an upgrade then just tell me. you just spin the dial 3 times to land at 3:33 and the files will appear its much easier." explained emily. "i hope it suits to your liking"

Cara slid into the shadows of a brick building. When she saw the girl take out the watch from the mayor she whisled silently through her teeth. If she got her hands on that watch, she could pay for dinner with money left over.

Emily ingnored the girl then talked back to the mayor " So is there going to be an excellent hunger game this year?" "I hope to see well played contestants" She said probably hoping she wouldn't be in the hunger games. She thought, I have to keep this up if I am able to survive. I am a spy to my adoptive father against the capitol and see to it they be destroyed.
