Willow had learned from stories told to her by Gavin. She had learned if you waited until just the right moment when Edmund was babysitting you and if you jiggled the lock the right way, you had your ticket to freedom to roam the wide open world. It was definitely something she'd wanted to experience after hearing about Gavin and Kei's adventure.
Sure enough, just like she'd heard. Edmund was easily distracted by his garden, so she took the chance and slipped out the back gate and headed off to see what she could see. She ended up heading towards a familiar spot, something to use as a marker besides home so she didn't get completely lost. Her Mother had brought her to this playground in a couple occasions with her brothers. She was at a bit of a loss for where to go next however. The woods would certainly be interesting, but was there anything else around? She decided to climb the jungle gym to get a better view of things.

And it just so happened that another meta would be there. Though, this one seemed odder than any other Willow might have witnessed before. Yoko's bright pink eyes looking around at the world around her while her puppet, Mnejing, seemed to follow around blindly. Remaining quiet as the halfling muttered underneath her breath. Getting the puppet to follow her was a task, as s/he seemed to want to wander off. Really, she hadn't decided on whether or not to call the puppet a he or she.
Though, it wasn't a big problem really. She was just as happy as ever. Especially now that she was outside, free to her own devices. Kicking the sand gleefully, swinging around in the gym. She couldn't be too destructive right now though, and with her Nana... occupied it seemed. Perhaps she could. Though, what to do?
She couldn't see anyone. At least, she couldn't even notice the fae that seemed to be standing on top of the jungle gym.

There didn't seem to be that much around the playground that seemed to be of any interest. Willow thought to herself giving a small sigh. Mainly just the woods seemed intriguing. There could be anything in there.
Willow made her way down the jungle gym, intending to make a beeline to the woods. She stopped when she noticed another girl. She had seen some other children who were well, different, like she herself was. This one though had one pink eye and one purple. Those were Willow's two favorite colors! The other thing that stuck out was the puppet that seemed to be following her. How odd. Despite the odd puppet she gave the girl a smile. "M'Willow." She informed her. Maybe this girl could be her friend and they could go exploring in the woods together. Her face brightened even more at the thought.

"M'Willow" Was the first thing Yoko would hear from the other girl. Turning around after jumping, the puppet immediately looking to take defense of its mistress. Yet, the halfling couldn't help but grin, as she noticed the other pink skinned/purple haired meta. A grin on her face as thoughts began to run through her mind. Yes, she could use her, though how she didn't know.
"M'Willow!" She replied, the puppet looking towards Yoko, puzzled, before turning to the fae. Giving a small bow to her while Yoko moved up closer, "Nana says I should tell you my name," She replied, recalling the manners that Syth had attempted to teach her, "But yoo are not friend," She replied, smiling at what she had said. Her tone meaning to be more evil, but being a toddler. Well, it was hard to seem that way.

Willow blinked, truly shocked at the way this girl way acting. It was definitely different then how others had treated her before. Maybe this girl wasn't used to being around other kids so this was how she acted. Also the puppet was now bowing to her. Willow tilted her head to the side. "Well, ok. Maybe we will." Be friends that was, but Willow saw no need to clarify that. She continued smiling, seemingly not fazed by Yoko's evil. "Neat puppet." It would be good manners to bow back to it, so that's what Willow did.

Well, the puppet was more than ecstatic at the response of the other. Turning around to Yoko, the red head staring at the puppet rather unhappily, before turning back towards Willow, "Mnejing says I should be nice to you," She replied, moving up to her, "So, my name is Yoko. Now, its your turn to show me something," She added, hoping Willow would be able to comply with her demands. Really though, the puppet seemed more excited in company. Moving up towards the fae, going as far as to extend its hand out.
"Mnejing! You're embarrassing me!"
And just like that, its hand slipped back, turning towards Yoko rather worried. She'd need some time to get used to being around other people.

It was so interesting watching the puppet move around. Willow had extended her hand back but when Mnejing dropped it's hand so did she. She had smiled at being given Yoko's and even Mnejing's name.
As far as something to show her, Willow could only really think of one thing, but the sun was a bit too bright to properly show Yoko. Though she supposed that in the shade of the woods it would be dark enough. She reached out and took Yoko's hand and headed off towards the woods, pulling Yoko after her. "Let's go into the woods!" she turned to look at Yoko with a smile and then looked to see if Mnejing was following too.

Yoko couldn't help but let out a small noise as her hand was grabbed. Her body immediately wanting to protest the actions Willow had been making, but perhaps the girl did have something interesting she might want to show off. Plus, the woods seemed like a delightful place to try and play a prank, or scare the other girl.
Though, beyond that, she remained quiet. Mnejing clanking along as her puppet tried to keep up with the two. Yoko's eyes looking around at the forest around her. Rather caught up in the appearance of it all. She never imagined there could be so many trees.

Willow was definitely enjoying being around all the trees. She felt at peace here. Almost like it was home, although she'd never been in the woods before. She continued pulling Yoko along until they were far enough in for it to be quite shady. Once she stopped, Willow released Yoko's hand and stood in from of her. Her eyes dropped closed and she concentrated until a ball of light emerged from her body. It darted wildly around them zooming between the trees, and even crashing into some. It only lasted a moment and when it zoomed back into Willow's chest, Willow reopened her eyes and smiled at Yoko. Maybe it wasn't what Yoko had meant, but Willow thought her light things was pretty cool.

While Willow might have felt at home, the opposite would be the truth for Yoko. As she stared around at the large trees, her eyes not really to find enjoyment in this place. Though, she was intrigued by it. How this place could be such a mess, so many bugs here just floating around. Honestly, why hadn't anyone told someone to clean this up. Her puppet couldn't help but stare at Yoko, as if she were missing some point, but really, who could blame the sheltered toddler.
Yet, soon they would be in a small little section that was considered appropriate for Willow's little trick. Yoko looking at the other with intent, watching as she concentrated, until a ball of light emerged from her body. This, to both Yoko and Mnejing, astonished them. Watching as the ball of light flew around. Starting between trees, crashing into a few even (Which made Yoko giggle with delight).
In the end, the ball of light zoomed into Willow's chest, finishing the spectacle, as Mnejing began to clap.
"That's it?" Yoko asked, wondering if Willow had more planned, "Is there anything else around here we could do?"

Willow was delighted by Yoko's delighted giggling hoping that the other girl had enjoyed her show. As she stopped she gave Mnejing a beaming grin as he clapped. However her face fell a little at the 'That's it?' comment since she'd been hoping for something more along the lines of praise. She scuffed her feet against the ground. "Don't know..." she tilted her head to ponder. "We could explore, or look for lizards."
Turning her eyes to the ground Willow found a small stick that was to her liking and picked it up. She gave it a small swing. "We could play pretend sword fight." A smile returned to her face at the idea.

She wasn't about to apologize for what she had said. Watching Willow's face drop down after her comment. Though, when she began to bring up ideas of exploration and looking for lizards. Well, while Mnejing was about ready to mentally fight against Yoko to go exploring. Yoko didn't feel like getting more lost than she was already.
Yet, watching her bend down, picking up a small stick and swinging it. Yoko couldn't help but stare, confused at what she had been doing. Though, Mnejing was quick to teach Yoko a think or two silently. And it didn't take long before she was delighted to join in. Quickly search the ground to grab a stick that seemed to be a little bit longer than Willow's. A good advantage as she began to swing it about wildly.
Perhaps, this wasn't the brightest idea for Mnejing to give. As he sat there idly, watching Yoko giggle with delight.

Willow watched as Yoko picked a stick with a happy smile. She was glad that Yoko was going to play with her. The fact that Yoko picked a longer stick was not lost on her. However having rough housed enough with Gavin, and even a bit with Kei, she knew that sometimes it wasn't about size or even strength. Sometimes it was about speed and knowing when to make your move.
Willow's face turned serious as she watched Yoko swing her stick around like a wild thing. Her knees bent in slight readiness as she waited for an opening. Suddenly she sprung forward and caught Yoko's stick with her own emitting a noise that real swords would make if they met.

Yoko had no idea how good Willow was. She was sure a few wild swings here, and some brute force would easily win. Heck, she might have even had Mnejing jump in to help (Even if he was throwing a fit about the thought).
Yet, she had been caught off guard. Her stick easily broken by Willow's, her eyes slightly wide at the actions Willow had taken. "Not fair!" Was her only response. Yoko pouting at Willow, before moving to pounce on the fae. Tackling her to the ground with a playful giggle.
"Mmm..." She started. Fixing herself to keep Willow pinned down as well as possible, trying to assert herself over the other. "Gotcha!"
"M-mistress!" Mnejing chimed in, the first time he would even be allowed to speak aloud, "Mnejing thinks Willow won," It was quiet, and he was even afraid to say something in response.
Though, Yoko could only turn down to look at Willow, confused, "You won?"

Sucess! Willow had timed her move just right and broken Yoko's. A happy smile was just dawning on her face in victory when she was suddenly pounced upon. She gave a little squeak of alarm and as Yoko started pinning her and started struggling like a wild thing.
Willow didn't like being held down, oh no, not even a tiny bit. She only stopped her struggle to peer up at Yoko as she addressed her panting slightly to regain her breath. "Yes, I b-broke'd your sword with mine. Means I win." Her whole body was tense, readying another struggle if Yoko didn't let her up.
