i am new to this and im not sure what Im doing. I would like to know how to order a mew and where to put the order in at?

I would like to inquire if the mews allow someone to create other pets based on their coloring as an example?

(in other words i really love the way this pink adult is done and i'd like to use her as a reference in another shop, if that's not allowed I completely understand)
