JRR Tolkien is the first one to pop up when I think of constructed languages. His Sindarin and Quenya are almost perfected, too bad he died before he could finish the elven tongues of Middle-earth.
Any other fans? Or more examples perhaps?

I'm a fan of JRR Tolkien and his elven languages too. I've managed to learn a small amount of Quenya, and some Sindarin. I'm also a fan of Ludovic Zamenhof, the creator of Esperanto; it is a very well constructed language, and has a nice sound to it as well.
