Back-story and any Additional Information: As the Chancellor of Hyperion, Nikolai LaBute is the highest in command in the aristocratic nation. While the legislature and his advisers propose new laws and bills, he has the final say on whether or not they go into effect. Hyperion has flourished under his rule for the last twenty years, both the gentry class and the commoners. He came into office in a time when the two classes of society had drifted so far apart that a civil war had seemed inevitable. But under his benevolent and fair rule, the commoners had been appeased at no expense of the gentry. He is now loved greatly by both classes, having saved the majority of them from slaughter during the several Behemoth Crossings that have occurred since he took power. While he could do nothing to prevent the beasts from destroying cities, he did execute successful evacuation plans at each occurrence. Nikolai is also a long standing enemy of Grin, the man who now controls Rhea. Grin once ran a crime syndicate in Hyperion, only to be exiled by Nikolai when he came to power. As Chronos prepares to suffer the wrath of the Watchers, Nikolai must make an important decision. Should he send aid in the first international effort to stop the monsters, or should he save his forces for the defense of his own nation?
