I just thought it would be a good idea to have a place for people to share their Resolutions if they so wished. So here are mine:

Save up for a bass guitar
Get guitar lessons

And on the more spiritual side of things:

Read the BOM before the end of the school year and read the Doctorine and Covenants this summer before I start seminary.

WORK ON PERSONAL PROGRESS! (( sweatdrop That's in caps for me. I've been doing a horrible job so far... sweatdrop ))

Hm, my goal for this year is to start with the Bible and read through until finnishing the Pearl of Great Price by the end of the year. It's somewhat of a bigger challenge than I normally give myself but I figure if I was able to read the Book of Mormon in a weekend, I can do this.

That's basically my resolution too, but I'm just wanting to get through the the bible etc, at all. I'm not giving myself a time limit. And when I'm done with that, I'll probably read the BOM again.

...are pointless, in my opinion. Hardly anyone ever finishes. Besides, why do you have to wait for the New Year, or a Sunday, or a Monday? Why can't you make a Wednesday resolution? How about a Saturday resolution? stare Just a pet peeve of mine...

mine is to build on my testimony and to not die
PostPosted: Mon Jan 02, 2006 5:57 am

mine is to seek only the things that are true. a little encounter with anotehr denominations' apolagetics sparked this. so now i this much to build my entire faith on right now:
God is our Heavenly Father,
Jesus saved us by dying to save us from our sins.

beyond this, i can't say for sure weather it's totally true or not, that's why i have the rest of my life to figure it out.

(btw, feel free the PM if you want to know more about what i'm thinking right now about this whole matter. youm might find it intersting and though-provoking)

Hmm, haven't really thought about it. I guess to get better marks this coming semester. And get a better routine of regular excersise going. I'll come up with more later. I was planning on doing that later today anyway. I have so many lists to make today...
