So, I just recently made an account on modelmayhem.com and I'm pretty excited to already be lining up a photo shoot! I haven't done much portraiture but I'm excited smile Do any of you have accounts on modelmayhem.com?

Networking and hiring, both. smile It's layout is like myspace and it's just for portrait photographers, makeup artists and models. It's there so people can find each other to collaborate.

Interesting...I've never actually hired a model before. People either pay me to shoot them or they're friends and don't mind doing it for free. I don't even know what proper prices are for hiring models to be honest.

But last time I checked, you have to be sixteen and I am still a tad doubtful on my portrait skills. A person on Flickr used it but didn't seem to like it. What's it like using Model Mayhem? And the different sort of models.
