Isolde stood near the largest overhang of rocks she could find, it seemed like the perfect spot to lie down and relax, it was dangerous - yes, but the view was just amazing! With a small smile the female took a step onto the sturdy overhang and immediately lost her smile, it wasn't all that sturdy at all, in fact the rock was beginning to crumble as she placed her foot lightly onto it. Growling to herself in distress the female quickly leaped back onto sturdy ground and sighed.
"It was so perfect too.."
The words faded nearly as quickly as they escaped her mouth, and the she felt the emptiness close in around her, and slowly she curled herself up into a small ball, and tucked her tail lightly over her head. Maybe her dark coat would shoo away in predators that might be looking for a fight as the sun began to set.

 Thaiyo had been happily resting in his cave after the long journey to the desert. He did not plan on going anywhere any time soon. With his tail wrapped around his body, he blended in quite well with the mountain scenery. Just as he was about to doze off, a clatter of rocks and dirt. Jumping up and snarling, Thaiyo looked around to see who had caused this fine mess.

It didn't take long for the snarling to reach the female's ears. After all, the mountain was a pretty quiet place, and when there wasn't much sound, it was relatively easy to pick up even the lightest of movements.
Alert and jumping to her feet, the female stood her ground, secretly hoping to herself that the color of her fur would her blend her into the rocky ground below her.
Looking from left to right, and twitching her ears as quickly as possible, the female finally spoke up, though her voice was shaky, and prayed for a more calm response.
"Wh-Who's There?!"

A female. How annoying. He had left his clan because they were always busy busy trying to get him to do this and that. Sniffing, he looked up, still on alert. Oh she was there, her fur blended her in but Thaiyo was clever, yes he was... "I am. You are. And there are rocks on me. Not good for sleeping. Why did you come?"

Squinting her eyes the female could make out the unmistakable outline of another Shakaiyo, when he spoke, she heaved a small sigh, he didn't sound aggressive... if anything he sounded a little strange.
Shrugging if off, and still relying on her colors to cloak her she finally spoke up.
"I live near here - at least, in the mountains. I only came out this far looking for a better view of the sunset.
I'm sorry to intrude on your territory."
