Ok, as it has been a bit of a bother to have Central 46 for awhile. They play a role that should be left to me, Enshara, Kage, who are the top three leaders of the guild, as well as the rest of the captains. So to have them is kind of useless in the guild, and I find it to have no point.
Now I have no problem with them becoming captains, or espada if they wish to go down that road. Now, let voting begin on this small topic.
Should we allow Central 46 to stay in the guild
or
Should we get rid of Central 46

Yea, I have to agree... there really isn't much place for them...

Boys Redd said it in the first post, they can take spots in squads again, captain seats(seeing that we do have 2 squads open still), or focus efforts on the Espada.
Plus it has been passed, with 7 votes to remove, one to keep.

well, I must say im not surprised. so i say remove us.
ill happily take a captains position, I should have my comp back up and running tomorrow, So im basically back i hope.
