I'll allow pokemon from other regions, but because people wanted it to be based on Kanto region, only Kanto region can be found right now. I'm trying to get everything map and pokemon location wise close to the games.
To Reduce some typing that has to be done, All water pokemon can be found in all areas with small/larger bodies of water. Dratini and Dragonair can be found in the pond in the safari zone.
