Personality: Tempest is the sole source of reason in the Guild of Roaring Thunder, since both of her ‘partners’ are insane, immature, pranksters. She is easily upset by things, especially when her ‘still being a Pikachu’ is pointed out.
She is a calm and intelligent individual until her fuse is lit and then she is a hardened fighter with no regard for her opponent.
She's been known to strike her own team mates if they get in her path, but it's mostly their fault. They should know better.
In her spar time Tempest takes apart computers and she is a regular whiz with technology.

A normal sized, dull yellow and black furred Raichu with dark red cheeks that glow when she actively channels radiation. Her hair is grown in over her right eye. The back of her hair is long and layered slightly in a strip at her shoulders’ length.
The thunderbolt ended tail on a normal Raichu is instead shaped like a radiation trefoil.

Personality: Fang is straight to the point and tells things how they are. She comes off as harsh, and possibly controlling, but she’s rather easy to get along with and even possibly clingy.
She’s not much of a seeker when it comes to relationships of any sort. She feels whatever comes around is what it is.
Bio:
An old friend of Tempest, the Pikachu and Raichu met as of recent at the guilds and to Fang’s surprise, she was proclaimed Tempest’s advisor by Tempest herself.
Due to Fang having a constant flow of radiation in her body, she's known to tire quickly and/or get weak. Her attacks mainly channel through her hands and can result in her arms burning after long fights. Her body temperature too can exceed far beyond the comfort zone for her internally so she'll often remain close to ice types when present.
Either weekly or monthly, Fang often uses lakes, oceans, or even pools to submerge herself and give off strong bomb-like surges of energy since they smother the blast. This is done frequently in order to release radiation that's constantly building up inside her.
She can in fact self-destruct, but at the cost of her own life as well as miles upon miles of landscape.
