Well, so far we have four people on here just from Texas. Thats cool. I smell tea party or something. No, but seroiusly, we should do some sort of meet up. Maybe at A-Kon? (anime convention in dallas first week of june) Thoughts? Anyone even interested?
I think I feel like making a map and putting dots for everyone on here on it... I dunno.
How do diffrent areas deal with thier loli style in diffrent climates? Cute little dresses aren't the warmest thing, coolest either... Tips?

I'm from (northern) ontario (although I'm currently more in central ontario) and there's a very big chance I'll be at anime north this year.
I... pretty much just wear pants when it's cold, and then I listen to the radio and if the day is warm enough, I'll wear a skirt and legwarmers

One word: Layers. I wear about 5 layers of socks/stockings/leg warmers. (I'm from Pennsylvania) For Example....I've got one a pair of gray stockings, fishnet-ey stockings, gray thigh-highs, black and white knee high socks and black fluffy legwarmers. ^_^ I felt like a sausage all day though, with all that stuff on my legs. My toes kept curling up in my shoes. ^^()

I'm from Vermont, but I go to college in Maine, so that's where I am right now.
I'm going to be in georgia for my junior year (next year) though, as a visiting student.
Loli style in northern maine in the winter would be pretty hard to pull off methinks. Cause you would have to make sure to include a parka, warm shoes, winter hat, and mittens...^_^

The anime club im in are probably going to A-kon as a field trip, so I think thats a pretty good idea.
Its usually warm down here..but as of right now..eh to cold to wear skirts or short dresses. crying

There are coats, mittens, scarfs, legwarmers, sweaters, thicker skirts, you just have to look for it! ^o^ Though.. I usually just dress like a tomboy... v.v; However, since I found out the guys I'd been playing hackey sack (the only reason why I kept wearing boy stuff, so that I could play hack) had been giving me extra points and allowing me to cheat because I'm a girl, I've decided to just become a lolita all the way. <3 I'm working on getting the stuff... I need help with patterns! x.x;

I live in Pennsylvania and I own one dress that isn't really that lolita-ish xp I'm hoping to start getting some lolita stuff soon though. I know of a seamstress that will most likely make this coat for me.^_^ I LOVE this coat!! heart whee
