Depending on your character, you can start out basically anywhere you choose to. Just be smart about picking your locations. If you are a bounty hunter, it wouldn't be a smart idea to hop right into a jedi temple. Therefore pick wisely where you start. Most mercenaries have outposts around Dantooine, so starting out underneath their faction is a good choice. Bounty Hunters and Smugglers would start off really good at the smuggler's moon, Nar Shadaa. For Jedi, it would be a good idea to start out at one of the jedi temples in Coruscant. And for sith, Korriban would be the best starting out spot besides Mustafar. If you still need help, p.m a mod and we'll definitely be glad to help you. Things to do when joining:
~Read the rules. A definite start.
~Create a character and place the profile in the application thread to get approved.
~Once approved place your character in your own profile thread
~Once the third step is completed, begin rping.

Getting Started
After you are accepted, make sure to browse around all the threads to get a general idea of what we have going on. For the most part, everything is set up in a sequential order and is really easy to navigate. The first four threads at the top of the forum, Library, Docking Bay,Common Room, and Distant Space will be the ones you want to focus on. Also, the threads in the subforum that are important to look over are the Rules && Regulations (this one is especially important), Commanding Officers, and Incoming Transmissions. Make sure to visit the OOC thread and introduce yourself. We want to get to know you!

Mods: Lanfaer, ..s.k.i.t.t.l.e.s.. Library - This thread is a wealth of knowledge regarding the Star Wars universe and Role Playing in general. The info in here will be more specific to the RP than you will find on wookieepedia, but we stick close to cannon here so you will only find a few particular differences. If you want to reference something really quick when composing a post, this is the place to go. While we expect that our members are familar with the Star Wars universe, this thread will help you make sure all your posts are accurate. Docking Bay - This thread is the ship creation thread. Your character does not necessarily have to have a custom ship, but if you so choose to make one, copy the code and fill it out, then post it in the ship application thread. Once it's been approved, create a personal ship thread and copy your ship profile into the thread. Viola! It's recommended that you create a character in the Common Room before working on a ship. Common Room - The great and all powerful profile thread. In order to RP you must copy the code, fill it out, and post it in the appropriate application thread. Once a mod approves of your character, go ahead and create a personal profile thread and post the accepted profile in there. As you create more characters and they are subsequently accepted, you can continue place them in your personal profile thread. In the profile thread, you are also able to view other member's characters and their profiles. Distant Space - Since we adore creativity and originality, you may have the option of creating your own race and/or planet. Again, copy the code, fill it out, and post. Once a mod approves (it sometimes takes several times in this thread to assure accuracy), you may create a character in the profile thread of that race and/or have confirmed the existence of a planet within our galaxy. Once you have created your character and your profile has been accepted, there are many places that you can choose to RP. You may RP in an existing thread or create one of your own within all of these forums, but make sure to read the thread creation section of the rules before doing so. Planets - These are the central planets in the galaxy where our RP takes place. Inside each thread, you will find a description of the planet and several topics that contain key points of interest. Regions - More general than planets, the areas within the Regions forum may be entire sectors or clusters of space. Temples and Structures - Official governmental buildings, Jedi or Sith temples, and other structures are found in this section of the main forum. The Archive - We are usually hesitant to delete stuff so if anything, like old threads or old profiles, starts hanging around too long without being used, it's likely it's in here (or it's gone, sorry, lol.). OOC - There's some really useful and fun threads within this section of the main forum, for example, art threads, coding threads, and other misc. threads. The Blood and Sand Trials Forge is for creating fun combat in character posts that don't correspond to the main plot. The Court is used to settle in character and OOC conflicts fairly. The sub-forum is our main ooc area and is designed to keep things organized and everyone informed of all the going-ons within the guild. Incoming Transmissions - This is the main announcement thread. It usually has announcements about rules, systems, and updates. Check up on this once in a while. Announcements that have to do with the plot are usually posted outside of this forum in the sub-forum. Landing Pad - Sounds familiar, eh? You're here now and that's probably because you are a newb. Lol, jk. We love you and that's why we made this forum just for yoooou! ^^ Rules && Regulations - THESE ARE THE RULES. READ THEM. Read them once and you will never have to go look at them again (hopefully) and more importantly, you'll know exactly how we run things here and all will be well.
Commanding Officers - In this thread, you will find a list of all the friendly wonderful people who run our guild and what forums they are in charge of. Be nice to and respect the mods; you will find them extremely helpful. Wanted D.O.A. - This is the bounty system for the RP. It lists open bounties, their descriptions, and their levels of difficulty. Consult the Bounty mod before taking any of them up within the RP. The OOC - The infamous OOC thread. Many shenanigans go on within this thread, so be prepared. You can usually communicate with people the quickest here, so it's a good place to ask questions, but also equally good for random goofiness. Questions - Ask away. Kindly mods or members will spring immediate action to answer your burning questions. Leave of Absence - If you are going on a trip with grandma for a week, going into surgery for a few days to remove your third n****e, or just going to be inactive for a certain amount of time for a relevant reason, just let us know so we aren't wondering where you went off to.
