As the dream world began to come into being, a singular code also came into being. A racetrack appeared in the middle of where a large body of water was already. A strange island rose from the sea to support it, and evenually the placement of that ocean was cancelled due to their inability to remove this chunk of code. Eventually the cauldron city was erected nearby to support a growing tourism. A completely modifiable racetrack, it holds a computer more advanced than any in the real worldm. It is capable of editing the world around it to make tracks fed into the computer, and can even materialize things to race in it. These range from horses to cars to even mechs. This may seem exciting, but that which is materialized on the track can only exist on the track. It is also notable that there are regular races on summons.
