Nothing is official or reliable at this point but I've been seeing nothing but news all day about Batista leaving WWE after his last man standing match. WWE seems to have taken him off of the roster list though.

Batista did not quit. It has been reported he would do a early retirement. For his movie star role. He appears to retire right after his match with Cena tonight. Which means now, Cena will retain his title.

He was in that movie "Wrong side of town," right?
I'm not sure who made a worse actor- him, or RVD.
Okay, it was definately RVD. But Batista wasn't exactly an oscar winner in it either.

Latest on Batista and Bret Hart's Futures with WWE Date Added: May 06, 2010 Story By: Steve Carrier Source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter
- People close to Batista are now saying that it's not 100% he's leaving WWE soon but it's still believed by some that the Over the Limit pay-per-view will be his final show for the time being. While there's obvious interest in Batista from TNA, he has been listening to outside offers. Batista is said to be purely business, unlike Jeff Hardy who went to TNA for other reasons, and TNA may be a long shot for him since they couldn't even come close to paying him what WWE has, which is several million dollars per year.
