Linnie grazed peacefully near Mint,closely watching him.His first time being out,since he was a foal.Smiling at her son she kept grazing along beside the brown and green stallion.Thinking of her other family besides trevor,she never really got to meet them.Maybe some day.Giggleing at mint,she nipped at him playfully."You having fun?Isn't it great to be out of that cooped up teepee?"Watching him,she noticed his eyes were locked of those apples."Those are apples,they are actually very good."Mint Chocolate looked around at the green trees,green grass,the blue rivers,the brown rocks,He noticed everything.Nodding a little he started to speak."Yeah,everything is so...green and brown."Looks at himself."I look the same as they do."Laughing he walked to a tree picking off a couple leaves and trying to eat them,then noticed some red apples."They look yummy,"reaching up with his muzzle,grabbing one,he started to munch on it.

Talfryn trotted along, enjoying an outing away from the teepee and everyone there. It got a little busy sometimes, so being away from there was a refreshing change. He came to a river and started following it, until he saw two shapes on the distance... Squinting, at them, he realized that they were his mother and the brother he hadn't seen since foalhood. Excitedly, he picked up his pace to meet them.
"Mother! Mint!" Tal nuzzled Linnie gently, then nudged his brother. "Enough apples to share?"

Hearing some voice screaming their names she turned to look and got quickly nuzzled."Talfryn!!!"Shje nuzzled him deeply."My sons are here!"Linnie whinnied and nuzzled her sons lovingly.
Mint smiled and looked at his brother."Sure are enough."Watching his mother all smiley and happy to see Talfryn,he was happy himself.Nudging him back,mint gave him an apple.All of them were there besides father and their sister.

Talfryn laughed. It seemed like only yesterday that he was weaving in between his mother's legs, but now he was even taller than her. He took the apple with a smile, clearly happy to be there with most of his family.
"What have you both been doing, lately?" He asked, wanting to catch up with them.

Linnie smiled at her boys."We've just been spending time together,wondering when were going to see the whole family together."She giggled softly and looked at Mint.
Indeed,both him and his mother did want to see the whole family together once more.The only time they were together was when they were born.Nuzzling his mother he looked to his brother.

"How is grandmother and grandfather?" Talfryn asked suddenly, starting to sound like an excited foal. He felt a little left out when things happened and he wasn't there to see them, so his curiosity got the better of him. "Aunt Telnara? What about everyone else?"

"They are quite well.I do believe that they are going to be trying for more aunts and uncles for you soon enough."She smiled and nuzzled Talfryn."But maybe someday you could meet your grandfather?No?"She laughed some and looked at him."Aunt Nara is quite well,she's out for the months being..All the other family I do believe is quite well,also your father misses you dearly and wanted to see you again."
"We should all have a get together and have everyone meet everyone again."He laughed and nipped Talfryn playfully running off.

"More aunt and uncles?" Talfryn tilted his head, wondering what it would be like to have an aunt or an uncle that was younger than him. Maybe it would be like having a little brother or sister. He smiled at the thought.
"I hope I haven't been worrying father too much," he continued, wondering when he had last seen him. It must have been long ago, for he couldn't remember. A bit of guilt creeped into Talfryn's expression, then Mint nipped at him and pulled him out of it.
"Hey come back here," he laughed loudly, chasing after his brother.
