A shaky hand held the card given to him by the sweet women with the unicorn horn. The phone was always scary but today it was a monster Gabriel wasn't sure he could handle. He walked back and forth to the phone , tears coming down his face. This women once knew the little girl that filled him with joy , placed a song deep in his spirit.
His ducks moved with him but inched near the phone. They knew he needed to make this call. They saw Gabriel look out the window into the busy farm land. Beings mowing , planting , building , painting , revamping or simply put doing the normal everyday task. For over four months Gabriel and his family shut down , as the farm came to life.
The phone was still calling out to Gabriel but he didn't want to talk to the women. He moved closer then he had the last time even reached out a hand and picked the phone up. He took in a deep calming breath. His ducks moved with him. They deeply wanted him to call. He did , he dialed the number fast. Each ring felt like a drum that shuck his whole body.
He waited for the phone to pick up , when it did he took in one last breath before the greeting. The breath was soo loud the one who picked it up must of herd. He needed to keep himself together.

Rosalind Arianrhod, Madame of Dream, had a total of three phone numbers. There was one that was business only, it had a fast paced ring tone, and it was the one that was used to arrange things that were related to dream. The second number was for the few men that Rosa herself met with personally, a slower sort of ring tone, and it was used for a very small and specific group. Then third ring tone was a musical one that was for friends, family, and other people that were in no way related to Dream. It was that third sound that filled the unicorn woman's ears and drew her from her nap. She glanced toward the phone then reached one hand out to pick up the little cell phone and she pressed the button on it.
"Rosalind." She murmured into the phone, it was a friendly tone of voice that lacked the normal flirting tone of voice that she used when she was dealing with men. The one using this number was either a family member or a good friend, as such she didn't have to play with this person, "Goods morning, Darling. How can I help you?" She knew the name that the caller ID had come up with, it had been some time she'd talked with this sweet man that she'd met some time ago in that play place.
One pale hand soothed through Hector's messy hair in an attempt to get it into some sort of order. She and her son had a rather excitement filled morning and the pair had been napping, and it would seem that the boy was still napping Alejo was stirring but he'd learned that the eel tail was an entity all of its own and could be awake even when Hector slept. She reached out scratch Alejo under the chin while she waited for a response from Gabriel.

Her voice was like a shock , it started in his ear and moved up and down his body. He started his over thinking and paused for ten seconds. He wanted to say 'hi' but "Hello" slipped his mouth."This is Gabriel Ephesians and Autumnus' dad" he stated. He coudn't say Millie. He would brake down.
The ducks looked really happy with him. Ticker the funny looking duck circle the other three doing the 'Chicken walk'.

"Mm, Gabriel, right?" She murmured, sitting up some and tilted his head to one side. There was something to his tone of voice that had her a little bit on the worried side. She couldn't put her finger on it but something seemed to be very... off, "How can I help you today, Darling?" She used the gentle pet name she'd given the man the last time that they had spoken. Why was it she felt as though the man was somehow in need of a hug? It was a shame that they were speaking on the phone instead of face to face she decided, always having liked meeting people in that manner as opposed to talking with them long distance.

He didn't want to go into detail about what was going on so he didn't , at least not now " Ohhh doing fine here " he stated. His female duck made a queer quack. He nudged her with his foot.
He wanted to talk to her about meeting up with with the simi-twins. He didn't know if it would go over well or not. " Yea , I wanted to ask if you where coming into Aekea more on the east side" he took in a breath fighting off tears. "My boys have been going to this swamp , and I thought Hector would really like it" he manged to perk his voice up and sound pretty ok.
The ducks looked really happy with him, Gabriel felt good too.

"A swamp?" Rosalind's eyes got a bit wide at the mere thought of traipsing around through a swamp given the clothing that she normally wore... but at the same time it did sound like something that Hector and Alejo would rather enjoy doing. A swamp would likely host a great number of strange animals for him to chase after, water for him to splash around in, not to mention the fact that his friends would be there making a mess along since him.
"Not my cup of tea normally but I am sure that Hector would enjoy such a place to the fullest, he rather likes getting into trouble and messes." She said as she swung her long legs over the side of the bed and pushed up to her feet, "Is there somewhere you would like for the lot of us to meet up, Darling?" She would need to wake up Hector, get him dressed, and then be on her way. It would be a short trip to Aekea if they were to take one of those convenient portals that brought you from area to area, a thing on Gaia that she found to be most useful.
"Should I bring a packed lunch for Hector? I am sure there is nowhere to buy food in a swamp." The last part was said mostly to herself.

Gabriel leaned back by the window watching all that was going on " Ahhem , Rosalind ...... I won't be able to make it. I have to be on the farm to watch ....." He saw Kalamo his darling floating baby pass by " I have kid duty today" he stated.
With a few one handed jumps Gabriel got a hold of Kalamo and then agreed " Lunch would be a great idea , its a true swamp swamp , Ephesians has been helping a group restore it after a gasoline leak" he paused " ohh.... don't worry the spill is contained and cleaned , just getting things back to normal now , its been real therapeutic for them" he sat down with Kalamo on a rocking chair.
He almost forgot " Autumnus has a girl friend , and will most likely bee there" he said in a baby voice. He didn't notice since he was looking at Kalamo.

Rosalind gave a little pout, "Is that so... that's a shame, I would like to have talked with you in person again, Darling." She said to him, it would have been nice to see him and try to figure out what was going on with him. He didn't quite seem himself but she supposed she could ask Hector to try to figure it out for her when he went to hang out with the twins. She would make lunch but she didn't think that she would end up going along. Running through a swamp with a bunch of people to young for her didn't sound like a terribly fun time.
"I will have lunch prepared for the boys and drop Hector off to play with them then. I am sure that something like that would be right up his alley, he seems to have an affinity for anything animal related."
She stretched out all over before moving to try to wake up Hector who just rolled over and wiggled his way under Rosalind's pillow. The woman gave a chuckle, "We will be on our way soon. I hope to talk with you again soon, Darling." She gave a kissing sound then hung up as she returned to trying to drag her chimera son out of bed.

Funny how little things bring back memories. Gabriel watched himself playing with hector in the ball pit , even thought of the time he took Ro-Honda to the conference , where Ryan , Autumnus , and Ephesians first met Hector. Every word spoken by Rosalind brought him back to some sort of memory.
"Yea, I can't come , I have a meeting with some potential buyers, of a few buildings near by my farm" it was too hard to explain any other way.
A faint "You have a good day too" slipped out of his mouth".The boys already left for the day. They where with Jamie Atumnus' girl friend. Gabriel sent info on how to get to the swamp through cell phone. In the e-mail he sent a photo of the whole family together , it had Millie's landing date , and date of death on it.
It stated 'Millie was a wonderfull girl who put a song in everyones heart, please honor her in your everyday life by enjoying every moment, and don't forget to kiss your loved ones at night.~ The Night family'
