Can trade eevee/starters/fossil pokes/version exclusives... pretty much anything except legendaries.

yeah its annoying to catch the flying pika just wondering if anyone had it so i can try and get one.... if i breed it will the pichu have fly?

put simply since pichu cant learn fly by HM it wont transfer...thats also why its impossible to breed to get a volt tackle/surf
