ATTENTION!!!
All CLOUD and SOUND Ninja are to abandon their villages and move to Konoha. Instability and the inactivity of the Kage has led to breakdowns in order and control, and many, if not all of the members of the villages have lost cohesion and direction. In an attempt to increase the activity of the guild, we plan on consolidating the active members we do have to strengthen activity and bolster interactions.
...this will give those in sound and Cloud more to do, and also strengthen Konoha at the same time.
{{Konoha was deemed too Canon to simply close down, so Sound, the more active of the villages is being forced to bite the bullet. Sorry guys.}}
I'm closing the topics as of now. Those currently in the villages who are being forced to move should post a react either somewhere in Fire Country on the way to Konoha, or within Konoha's gates.

Members are allowed to have their two characters, meet, interact, or be in the same village if they want...
HOWEVER... any attempt to ABUSE this allowance (Killing your own RPC for another RPC's gain, using the second RPC to increase the ability of the first, or anything else I deem as abuse to power level one character through the use of the other will result in much anger from myself and serious consequences to the user. [and possible execution by a certain Akatsuki member I know well])
