-New experiences, Destiny City was full of them. As a girl from Alaska Aurora Namid had had little need for a bathing suit in the past and therefore had very little experience in shopping for them. It wasn't that she couldn't swim, she could, and infact she did on rare occassions in indoor pools. But it had always been something she'd done far and inbetween and swimsuits had always been given to her in the form of school uniform or something childish her father had brought home for her.
Alas.. with summer approaching and buzz and chatter around the Academy about beaches and pool parties she had found herself trying on her old suit only find that her growing bust and waist no longer allowed the youthful suit. She was a little lady, one that did not fit into children's swimsuits any longer.
And so, when she'd noticed the "New swimwear has arrived!!" signs brightly scrolled in the clothing store window she'd stopped in, going curiously towards the foreign and cheerfully bright section of the store. Racks and tables showed off the old classics and the new styles in bright hues, and her eyes tried to take in them all. As she lifted one suit, a bikini that covered even less than her new fuku a look of mortification touched her face.
Was that... a string.. a string that left your bottom completely bare for the world to see? Surely not... surely noone actually.. wore this.. Her fingers began to shiver in sheer repulsion and shock.-

Elke needed a new cover-up. She had a respectable swimsuit, a cute one-piece, sitting in her dresser at home; but the cover-up was from two years ago, and so extremely out of style she was not even going to bother wearing it. Instead, in a break between running around the gym at Crystal, she was going to get a new one.
A yellow dress, maybe.
She entered the small boutique, creeping like a mouse towards the back where there was a swimsuit section. This place she didn't know, she probably wouldn't find what she wanted there, but one of her friends had promised to take her shopping later even if she didn't find something here.
It was not looking promising, thought Elke, pressing a finger to her lower lip. The black brace on one arm made it hard for her to set a hand on her hip as she contemplated the scene before her. Lots of bikinis. Very few tankinis and only one unflattering-looking monokini. She looked towards the right, where coverups should have been.
...Sheer fabric. Not her thing.
So instead, she decided to harass a girl holding up what looked like a string bikini. "Hello," she said, brightly, peeking over the white-haired girl's shoulder. "I'm Elke, what's your name?"

-Aurora's back went rigid at the sudden intrusion, which said something considering how impecible her posture usually was, the bikini falling from her fingers. She did NOT want to be caught dead with such trash, and her body reacted as her mind reeled, eyes shifting to meet the bubbley girl that had greeted her from over her shoulder. Please lord let it not be some worker at this store.. someone that might try to talk her into what she'd just a moment before been gawking at!- "H.. hello"
-Inhale.. exhale. A moment to catch her composure, the other girl's smile seemed to help, her brain deciphering the words and requesting an answer.- "Aurora.."
"Aurora Namid" -She added, with a little more composure, going so far as to turn to face the other girl. She seemed young, her clothing style seemingly not trashy. No name tag either. It was safe.. she was safe, right? A barely audible sigh of relief escaped her.-
"Doing some bathingsuit shopping Elke?"
