Bio: Both of them were raised in a hidden village occupied only by benders who lived in the exile. They were raised by their aunt since her mother died when they were born. Everybody in the village took care of them and thought them several bending skills wich then helped them to develop their own. Mina was the first to beborn, coming to this world right in the midnight during a moon eclipse, her sister Kisa was born with the sunrise.
even thought it is supposed that both of them have the same powers as they grwe up it was obvious that Mina was the one who learned more quickly and the one with more power.

Bio: She had a normal childhood besides growing up without a father. And began learning or training to become a water bender at the age or 12 like her brother. So far their village has yet to be really bothered by the fire nation and they pray that it stays that way.
