Vice Captain Rules and Guide lines :
1.After you've given 3 warnings to someone contact me and show me what you said and I'll tell you if they were legit. Once I've given you the ok you can either demote them or ban them. (Demote crews, ban members.. i think vices can do that correct me if im wrong)
2.Talk to me before sending an announcement once I give you the ok you can send it.
