The Royal Concil Room is located in the highest tower of Squad 1 Barracks. This room is designed in gold, and black. The Royal Council Room is only used when meeting regarding Captains, and their head Squad officers, are called forth to a meeting. The seats are placed upon the walls with the Captain-Commander's spot in the center. Each spot for each respected Squad is elongated so seat and desk are placed for each person to sit at and discuss their affairs with each other.
The Royal Council room is off limits to any unannounced members of each of the 13 Squads. This place is odly leveled, the meeting place is lower than the entrance.

☦ Noroi was the first of many to enter the council room as instructed. She didn't have an official seat but she knew she'd be placed higher than most due to her recent training with the captain of the second division. With her new arm she was still the same sweet heart as without one. However the difference now was that she was even more devastating of a fighter. Her eyes scanned the area waiting on the others to arrive to hear what this was entirely about. ✯

Ari sat with his legs up on the chair in front of him, his squad four jacket draped over his face as he shook, cold from the echoing tunnel they seemed to be in. Normally, he wouldn't give two shits about what any captain had to say to him, besides his own captain, but at this point, he was tired of missing out on important details.

The sound of steps, in complete unison, echoed down the long hallway outside of the Meeting Room. At the front of the pack, Kokoro, wearing her royal purple cape adorned with her insignia, talks to her officers in low whispers so she doesn't disturb the elderly workers who are busy. The group, all of Squad One, are around their Captain listening to her words intently. The workers stop to gaze at the large pack, mouths agape. It is very rare that the forces of the Hybrid coalition are rarely ever seen. Most are elderly, other are young, but all are sporting a colored cape signalling their ranks amongst the Squadron. Missing of course is Yoji, Nocella, Mai, and Eun Ji. The latter two will be arriving soon.
The doors to the meeting room open as the group approaches. Their cloaks flail with their gentle steps. "Please take your seats my friends, the others shall arrive soon enough." the Commander says passing through them to the center stage which is elevated above ground. Kokoro, steps onto the platform below the floating structure, preparing to go up. She catches sight of Norior. Kokoro nods to her former Lieutenant as she rises into the air. Her cloaked officers make their way to one of the platforms where Squad One is reserved.
Once on the floating platform, Kokoro takes her seat in the center of the thirteen seats. She holds several files, thirteen precisely, for the soon-to-come Captains. On her chair, she presses a keypad and a holograph pops up before her (an invention made by Naoto). She touches the screen, sliding through various images, reading small reports, etc. waiting for her counterparts to arrive.

Sasuke entered and council room and was taken back by the sheer size of it. He hadn't had time to change after training so his clothing was burnt and torn in some places. He took a seat in an open cubicle that was away from others as he was actually pretty shy on big guards. He spotted another person there and could tell it was the girl with one arm except she had two now. He assumed it was Jousake's doing and knew it beat not to talk to her due to her involvement with the Rouges and disobedience. Yet come to think of it, she was brave to face one. He decided to stay quite and keep attention off him and just wait to find out what was happening.

☦ Noroi somehow caught the eye of her former captain and she nodded back. She began to wonder if the head captain knew of the intentions of the second division captain. As well as what she was trying to accomplish with training Noroi far harder than she had ever trained herself. As she took a seat she knew this herself. The captain was going to make Noroi into one of the strongest shinigami of existence and she could feel it within her soul that she was achieving that. She now had her true zanpakuto and would forever cherish them and would always take care of them. She closed her eyes momentarily awaiting to be addressed or even have her sensei pounce on her holding her tightly. That was the trade off for her training. She got to become the strongest but she had to give up her heart for it. She didn't mind it however as the captain of the second division was always sweet to her. ✯

Samui and Yoko made it to the royal council room, but not as expected. Unlike most times, Samui seemed gloomy, not smiling brightly like usual yet a weak grin on her dry lips. Also a bit paler than usual, since she has been lately feeling a bit sick. Despite being in the 4th division she was afraid to be seen like this, since she wasn't aware of what she had. On the other hand there was Yoko, holding Samui's hand and taking her to their seats calmly. She had a few bruises and burns due overdoing training with her kido and zanpakuto. But she had her classic smile. Hello anf greetings to all of you! the little toddler said brightly while sitting down next to the not so cheery lieutenant. All she could do was wave a bit and sigh, not sure why in the world was she feeling so weak.

Eun Ji >A Mixed Bag of Feelings<
Listen... I'm a little different.
Stepping lightly through the door, Eun Ji looked about to see who was here already. He didn't know what he expected. For some reason, it felt wrong doing this without Nocella, but it couldn't be helped. Strolling across the room, Eun Ji took a seat near Kokoro, shifting uncomfortably on the back of his legs until he found a niche to settle in, rolling his shoulders slowly.
A few people had shown up that's for sure. He wondered how big this one would be and if similar things would happen like the first meeting. Eun Ji certainly hoped not. Last time he had ended up with a near lethal wound and he was relatively sure it would be a hardly visible scar. Then again, he wondered why Nocella was dragged away while he was left to stay. If Kushina's target had been the Five-En, why leave a member behind? It ate at his mind a bit, but other than that, he couldn't really think of much. His mind was still a bit hazy from being out so long anyways.
Roka entered the Royal Council Room. This was his first time in doing so, yet it took him by no surprise that something like this had been made somewhere inside the Seireitei. Roka began walking and as he did so he found the 13 chairs set up for the Captain. As he began walking he noticed his commander. As he began to pass her he slightly bowed towards her to show his upper most respect for her.
Roka soon found his seat at the end. Roka then sat down and crossed his legs. He slowly closed his two normal eyes while he kept his third eye open watching the entire scene. He was not going to let anything or anyone take him by surprise but he knew for a fact that this meeting would be interesting especially if all of these Soul Reapers were called together.

As she made her way to the Royal Council Room, angling for the large tower in the First Division's barracks, Amaranth quickly neatened herself up, using an array of minor Kido techniques to blast away dirt and dust, and to repair the minor damage done during training. As she entered the tower, the pale captain slowed down, shifting from Shunpo to a comfortable stroll, which she maintained until she entered the Council Room, with, to no one's surprise, a cookie held in one hand.
Walking up to the platform set aside for Squad 5, making sure that the squad members who had arrived before her noticed, should they desire to move up to the reserved section rather than sit on their own, Amaranth settled down into a seat, making herself comfortable before withdrawing two small books. One, given to her by Sasuke earlier, and the other being her own. Resting the two books on the desk in front of her, Amaranth began to read, occasionally writing some notes into her own notebook as she waited for the other Shinigami to arrive at the meeting.

Miyabi quickly made her way into the Council Room. So that she could acquire a nice seat. This was the first time attending a meeting of this caliber. Miyabi place Kami no Hogo in her lap. She grabbed him before arriving her since it was a strange meeting. Miyabi waved slightly at some of the other seated officers. Miyabi stroked Kami no Hogo slowly to calm his raging spirit.
Hiroshi finally was able to make it back even though he was covered in burn marks and he could feel he had some broken bones. He missed the funereal for the late captain. Hiroshi had to make sure to attend this meeting or face someone noticing him.
Hiroshi managed to sly by avoiding people. He wasn't in the mood to chit chat, just hear to learn. Yoko and Sasuke where already here also Captain Amaranth. "Captain forgive me for my tardiness. I'll make sure it will not happen again." Hiroshi softly spoke to his captain. It cause him much pain to speak out and he plopped down into the chair next to his captain. Hiroshi focused on mending his broken bones he knew a light healing kido but it was nothing compared to squad four.
Sakura was panting as she ran towards the large tower. Once Sakura entered the tower she was in awe by how it looked. "Wow! This is beyond cool!" Sakura spoke out loud to herself. Sakura made her way up to the squad ten area and took her seat. She looked around and to her surprise there was Hiroshi. She didn't wave because he wasn't even looking at her. He looked like he lose a great fight. "Was he attacked? Could this be why we are having this meeting?" Sakura spoke to herself again. Her captain wasn't here either... then it hit Sakura. What if her Captain was dead? They couldn't afford to lose her.

Sasuke nodded as his Captain entered and watched from afar as she appeared to be studying his journal. He really wanted to impress her and make a name for himself in the Soul Society, but at the same time he was scared. He knew why they were called together, battle plans. If these Rouges got their sacrifices and the second war was unleashed they would return 10 times stronger in a new form called pure state according to the records. He was very scared, but that fear pushed him to train harder to defend what he loved so much. He saw Yoko walk in and smiled as he got up from sitting alone and walked up silently behind her and ruffled her hair. He noticed she had been training and had some cuts and burns. He wished he had gone to his brother already to learn healing kidos and so he put that on the list in his mind. He sat next to Yoko and reached in his shirt to pull out a Tim can that had healing goop in it and handed it to her. " How is my favorite little Kido user doing? I see you have been working hard, rub this stuff on your cuts am burns. I stole it from Jousake when he wasn't looking so it must be good. Samui, why do you look so down? Something troubling you?"

Yoko giggled as Sasuke ruffled her hair lightly and she smiled brightly, still sitting next to Samui in order to speak for her. Arigato Sasuke-kun! I've been training for 6 hours non stop! she said very accomplished of herself. She wanted a higher seat, to prove that sizes didn't matter in such world. Quickly turned to Samui as her partner asked if there was something wrong. It could be visibly the two females were both asking and approving information with their looks. Sighing Samui touched her throat and tried to speak, only to be cut off by Yoko. I found Samui passed out on my way here. She hasn't been feeling that good and was a bit disoriented. she whispered so only the three of them could hear. The pale lieutenant nodded and spoke this time, her voice awfully sore. My throat is on fire and I've been coughing blood for some reason. But when I was on my way to meet your brother I passed out for some reason. she spoke softly, enough to be heard but low enough to not sting as much.
