Profile ThreadThe Premise100 years have passed since the events in the games, and the Pokemon world has only thrived and grown. New continents all over the world have been discovered and inhabited.Now, everything is destroyed. Tsunamis and earthquakes have decimated the population, destroyed landmasses, and meteors have forced all of the ocean's water into giant, deep pits, leaving the uncovered seafloor behind. One would think that no survivors would be found - the damage was too great. But the truth is, there are quite a few. And they are looking for answers. The InfoThis is a post-apocalyptic Pokemon roleplay in which characters are survivors of the disasters. Rules and information for characters are in the profile thread. Basically, this is a free-for-all, with limits. All characters have different goals or motives, and therefore they will do different things. Feel free to make and break alliances, to steal and rob, to...do anything you want! Just, if you want to kill a character or use them in an event, please be sure to talk to their controller first. And finding wild Pokemon is perfectly probable, although don't make yourself find super-rare ones or anything. Most likely any survivors would be either very hardy or mutated. Anja arrived at her makeshift home, where she met Tommy. The two then heard howls in the distance and went to rescue Gabriel, who then flew back to the home with Tommy while Anja stayed and met Alex. Seph watched the entire rescue. Then when Alex was leaving to follow Tommy and Gabriel, Felix showed up. He was in bad shape and Seph and Anja both went to help him. The three then returned to Anja's house where they joined the others. Bant learned of the group, and he traveled toward them when he met up with Tarah. He tried to steal from her, but Seph and Alex went to go help her. Current LocationsEveryone at or close to Anja's House [close to ruins of Lilycove City, Hoenn]

Anja lay on her stomach, goggles around her eyes and arms wrapped tightly around the back of a giant, floating Steelix. He was currently hovering over the destroyed land of what used to be the ocean by Hoenn, and moving toward one of the small bases she had created. Soon she began to move over what was the ruins of a city; she had been there before and there was no life. Not much later she and her Steelix touched down at a rocky outcropping, where he was recalled into his Pokeball. After pulling off the goggles she climbed a few steps into a primitive house, switching on the lights provided by a Magnemite she had encountered after the apocalypse. Then, with a sigh, she sat down on a bench.

"Maybe letting Neri take a breather wasn't the best idea..." Young Tommy whined as he walked along the trail. He had just gotten out of the ruins of one of the cities there in Hoenn, and to his chagrin, there was no signs of life present. "Leaf..." Tommy's traveling partner, Demitra, replied. The small Leafeon's paws were beginning to hurt, and she really wanted to stop and rest. With a little whine, she nuzzled Tommy's leg. "I know, girl..." Her master replied with a sigh. Just then, a long bulky shadow flew across the trail. Looking up, Tommy and Demitra saw a flying serpentine figure. Its spiky body suggested it was a Steelix, possibly using Magnet Rise to float. "Heh, that's pretty cool," the young Pokemon breeder sighed. He blinked back into reality when he felt his Leafeon nudging against his leg. "Leafeooooon!" Demitra whined. She really wanted to find somewhere to rest. Tommy sighed and reached down, picking Demitra up and cradling her. "Lazy snob~" He said with a giggle as he continued to walk on, following the trail onward.
After another fifteen minutes of walking, Tommy felt as if he were going to collapse. "Never.... again...." He panted. Next time, he was riding on Neri's back. That was final. He looked around and noticed a very rocky outcropping. There was a little house there. Holy crap, some civilization! At least, he hoped so. Well, if there was nobody there, he could always just crash inside for the night. However, the fact that there were lights emanating from the spaces in the walls was quite odd. He walked up to the doorless entryway and lightly knocked on the edge of the doorway. "Hellooo? Is anybody in here?" He asked. "Leeeeee?" Demitra called.

Idly, Anja's hand found its way to her Pokeball belt, and she decided to take out her Breloom. After all, he hadn't been out much lately. "Loom~" he said, looking around the little house before jumping slightly. "Eh?" A knock was heard at the doorway. Anja hadn't seen another living human since the apocalypse and the fact that she was slightly on edge didn't help. Then words followed the door, and the sounds of a Pokemon. A trainer! Oh, that wasn't so bad. "Hello," she said, standing up. Anja brushed off her clothes before going to the door, where a brunet boy with a Leafeon stood. She just stood there, looking at him wide-eyed, before she remembered her manners. "Haha, sorry, I'm Anja." She put out her hand to shake. "I haven't seen any trainers since the destruction. Do you have any news?" she asked curiously, pushing a strand of hair behind her ear as Tairen peeked out at the two newcomers. "Brelooom~?" he said, tilting his head to one side. Anja laughed and patted his shoulder. "This is Tairen."

Le' gasp! There was a girl in that house! Huzzah, he had found life in Hoenn! He had a found a couple survivors in the Johto region, but he left after he had helped them out. Demitra looked at Anja and then at Tairen. "Leeeeaaaaaf!~" She cried happily, wriggling out of Tommy's grasp and landing gracefully on the ground. Tommy let out a sigh of relief at having found human life in Hoenn. "I'm Tommy, and this is Demitra," He said, indicating his Leafeon. Demitra yawned and sat on her haunches, scratching her ear with one of her hind legs. "I'm glad to have found life here in Hoenn, Johto was almost completely wiped out..." The boy said with a sigh. He placed his hands on his hip, which was perked out in a very feminine nature. "I saw a flying Steelix a few minutes ago... Was that yours?" He then asked. Demitra was now looking at Tairen with her head cocked to the side.

Seph was walking through Lilycove City's remains. There was absolutely no life here. Wallace appeared calling out to Seph. She had found something, possibly even life. He hoped it was and quickly followed after the Togekiss. "Good job Wallace," he called out. Seph sent out Aggy and asked him to use magnet rise. The Aggron obeyed and Seph climbed on him. Together they took off.

Anja's face spread in a wide grin as she watched the little Leafeon. She was so adorable! Eevee evolutions were Pokemon she'd always liked. Tommy was so lucky to have one. Turning back to him, she smiled and nodded. So, her name was Demitra. Then he spoke again. "Johto...it was?" she whispered, closing her eyes. She was a Johto native. Her eyes still closed, she nodded. "Yeah, that was me. I fly on Nairen." Taking a deep breath, her eyes opened and she looked at Demitra and Tairen. The Breloom took several steps forwards and poked the Leafeon lightly on the shoulder. "Looo~?"

Tommy blinked a couple times. Nairen and Tairen... was there a pattern emerging here? He shook his head and sighed. "Yeah, I'm from Ecruteak. The entire town is gone, even the dance studio was obliterated..." He said softly. That studio was his home, and now it was gone. Not even any of the Kimono Girls, who had raised him, were spared in the disaster. "I flew here on my Staraptor, Neri," He explained Meanwhile, Demitra mewled a little after being poked by Tairen. "Feooooo~" She said, prodding the side of the Breloom's leg gently with her paw.

Laying across what had once been the roof of a building, a young male stretched out on his back with a sigh, both green eyes focused straight up into the air.
Curled up next to him, sitting in a sphinx-like manner, a small Espeon lifted his head and glanced around with lavender eyes. Its ears swiveled to the side as if hearing something.
"Mm? What is it, Solly?"
"SPEE!"
At the alarmed cry the trainer was on his feet and twirling around in the direction the psychic had been starring in.
Holy crap!
A very mangy, very hungry-looking Mightyena stood not five feet away. Saliva and blood dripped from its open mouth and it took a single step forward, igniting a quick spasm of fear in the boy who spun on his heel and tore off running, his Espeon partner clinging to his shoulder.
In seconds he heard the growl as the dark type gave chase and then his heart froze when another howl joined the chorus, and then another.
A whole bloody pack of them!
'I should have stayed in Johto! GAH! Feet dont fail me now!'
Gabriel dashed forward, ignoring the burn that shot up his legs and down his spine.
It was flight or fight and none of his Pokemon were in any condition to fight except Solaris and naturally there was a disadvantage.
Just his luck.

Anja looked down. "I hate all the destruction that's happened," she said sadly, turning to see Demitra and Tairen. The Breloom stretched his arms and yawned, and unfortunately also called up a Spore; seeds appeared over the Leafeon's head, certain to put her to sleep. "TAIREN! No!" she cried, running over to them when in the distance she heard an usual noise; the cry of a Pokemon and then a din of howls. Usually not a sound could be heard that she didn't make, and this was unsettling. "Tommy! I'm going to investigate, come with me," she said, recalling Tairen and sending out Kairen long enough for the Clefable to perform a Heal Bell on the Leafeon. Then he too was recalled, and Anja was running out onto the lower area, where a Steelix was released and began to float. The blonde girl hopped onto his back, put her goggles back on, and shouted a few words before zooming off toward the noises. "Follow me!"

After suddenly being sprinkled with random Spores, Demitra let out a yawn and curled up on the floor. Tommy just giggled a little at his best friend, until a set of howls sent chills up his spine. "W-What the hell was that?!" He stuttered, obviously scared for his safety. After this Apocalypse, he was unsure if there would be anything like genetically mutated Pokemon running around. "Leeeeeaaaafeon?" Demitra yawned after she woke back up. "W-Wait! You're going out there?!" Tommy complained as Anja left. Aw, hell. Looks like he had no real choice but to follow her. He brandished a Pokeball, returning Demitra to it. Taking out another one, he released his Staraptor, Neri. "Rrrrraptor!" She cried as she was released. "Let's go, girl!" Tommy shouted as he climbed up on her back. Spreading her wings, the Staraptor took flight, following behind Anja and her Steelix.

"Ohgodohgodohgod-" With each sharp intake of air, Gabriel kept up with his desperate mantra of panic, too afraid even to look back and see if he was still being chased.
Although the angry snarls and howls were a big enough hint, and a great reminder to him to not stop running.
His legs were starting to hurt, he'd already been walking all day and had barely taken a rest when these blasted Mightyena appeared.
Clinging to his shoulder, Solaris gave a few encouraging mewls, the Espeon's own eyes wide in a panic like its trainers.
It wasnt enough however and Gabe felt his legs give way and his knees hit the ground, sending a sharp pain shooting through him.
A victorious snarl had him turn around, a sudden weight throwing him onto his back as a Mightyena clamped its teeth around the arm he had raised to guard his self with.
Solaris untangled himself from where he had been pinned under his trainer to leap onto the dark types back with a growl only to have another Mightyena grab his twin tails and throw him to the side.
In a last ditch effort the Espeon threw up a Protect shield around itself and its trainer, and the pack of dark doggies launched themselves at it viciously.
Gabriel craddled his arm and glanced to his partner with a grimace.
There was no way Solaris could hold that for long.

Looking closer, Anja gasped. Not only was it a bunch of Pokemon - from the looks of it a pack of feral Mightyena - but they were attacking a boy and his Espeon! "Go in closer!" she shouted, and her Steelix began a steep decline until she was hovering over the Protect shield, just out of reach of the Mightyena. She made sure to make space for Tommy, who was right behind her. "Nairen! Use Earthquake!" The Steelix made a deep, rumbling noise and the ground below shook violently, the boy and Espeon protected by their Protect. This attack scattered the Mightyena, which gave Anja and Tommy enough time to dip closer down without being attacked.

"Yee-haw!" Tommy cried as he soared through the sky with Neri. The boy loved to fly, especially with his very own Pokemon. As they flew over the scene with the Mightyena, he swallowed a gulp. Those doggies didn't look very friendly... "Take it low, girl!" He shouted. Neri let out a chirp and began to descend. She flew circles around Anja and her Steelix as the other Trainer used her Pokemon's attack to scatter the Mightyena. "Get down there!" Tommy then cried. The Staraptor cheered and soared to the ground, landing on her feet near Gabriel and his Espeon. Tommy quickly stuck out his arm, his hand splayed open. "Quick, get on!" He shouted.

Gabriel had gathered Solaris in his arms and was hunched over, curled into a fetal position with the Espeon.
With his eyes tightly closed he didnt see the other two people arrive until he heard the yelps of Mightyena being thrown around by an Earthquake alerted him to their presence.
His head snapped up, tears streaming down his face as he locked onto that outstretched hand before him.
There was no hesitation in taking it at all, though normally he would have been extremely cautious.
Instead he simply allowed the other boy to help pull him up onto his bird Pokemon.
A Staraptor? He couldnt tell, his vision was all blurred.
Still clutched tightly in his arms, Solaris let out a mewl of relief.
