Serandite was speaking in a business-like tone, the three negaverse agents were placed in an abandoned parking lot where no cars passed by. "You two got the plan in hand, right? Senshi are soft when civilians are concerned-- all we have to do is swap out a civilian for a senshi." Serandite was drawing the plan in the dirt, eyes landing on the two lieutenants who had been paired up with her.
It was certainly a deviation from the usual teams assigned by Nealite-- but perhaps Nealite or Charonite had preferred some variety. Not that Serandite could complain-- She had a decent, if not excellent, team. It also helped that these two particular lieutenants were respectful in their attitude towards Serandite's weapon-- not that she couldn't have worked with someone who wasn't but it certainly made this mission much easier.
"We will get a starseed this time. This time, the negaverse isn't going to have a damned tie. We're leaving with a senshi starseed intact today, all three of us presenting it to our Queen and General King." Serandite declared determinedly, fist meeting hand in a show of confidence and determination, standing proudly erect. It was rare to see her so "pumped up" as one might label it-- but she had a sureproof plan this time, that wouldn't fail!

Wolframite could only smile at Serandite from where he was examining the plan, a dirt drawing that comprised of little stick figures in the opening space with indicators for who they all where, and lines to where they were going. Their coach pointed off to where they would be hiding, and how the scenario would hopefully play out, complete with a little star diagram of the starseed that would be their goal. It seemed far too simple, but it also seemed like it would work. There had been plenty of times where he’d seen senshi appear to save some person whose starseed he was stealing. “Seems simple enough. We’ll be waiting on you, Lieutenant Paragonite. Let’s hope you get someone with a pair of lungs.” If they wanted to attract attention, they needed someone who was going to holler.
Standing up and brushing the dirt from where he was kneeling, he looked up at the building he would be taking and frowned. Heights. Why couldn’t he just hide behind a trash can? Oh well, he would just have to keep his attention on the matter at hand instead of how many feet there were to the ground. “We’ll be waiting on you. Good luck.” He waved the two off, and started walking over to the building to the left and kicked off, using whatever was jutting out until he managed to get to the roof. Up above, he waited and leaned on a vent, watching below for where Paragonite would lure her victim and bait whatever senshi was unfortunately enough to hear the plea for help.

The determination in Serandite's voice was welcomed by the brunette woman standing above her two counterparts. She felt a little more than awkward, being the tallest. Not just by a little either. Even if the others were standing (and Serandite soon was), she was still a good measure above the next tallest.
Bonus?
No Scheelite.
Thoughts on height, and obnoxiously bright lieutenants aside, Paragonite poked at the drawing in the dirt with her toe. She cocked an eyebrow before shrugging as Wolframite spoke. The plan really was pretty basic. Grab random civilian, make them scream, kick senshi in the nads.
Well, not quite but it worked.
"Yeah, making them loud shouldn't be an issue." she grinned, stretching her arms forward and cracking her knuckles. The lieutenant looked over towards the small task force's Captain, and gave her a quick nod.
"We shall not fail."
With that, she took off down the way, her footsteps were light and she made her way towards the streets. Finding a victim wouldn't be hard, but finding one to be appropriate would take just a little more th--
Before she could finish her thought, her eyes rested on the very person she would entrap. The bit of a stagger, and glazed over look in the man's eyes let her know that the, what appeared to be a college student, was a little more than slightly hammered.
He'd be easy pickings. Not to mention, based on personal experiences, drunk people were damn loud. "Hey!" she called out from the ally, leaning back against the wall of the building Wolframite was now above. The young man lifted his head in her direction, and gave a wry smile when he saw the short skirted girl. She smiled, gave a wink, and motioned with her finger for her to come forward.
The smell of some sort of rum, and definitely coke was heavy. Coupled with his terrible cologne (or was it aftershave?) lieutenant Paragonite did everything in her power not to gag. It was disgusting, he was a bit on the oily looking side too.
No matter, it was for a cause greater than her delicate sensitivities..
"Hey baby." he managed to mutter out. "Hey," Paragonite simply smiled, and grabbed his collar, "why don't you come back here with me, and I'll show you a real good tiime." her voice crooned, and her hips swayed as she began leading him further towards where her allies were waiting to pounce. She hoped her predictions were right. The guy had better have been loud, or there was going to be an issue.

Oh, he was loud.
Heels clicked along the pavement, audible well before Paragonite could even see who was approaching. It appeared the lieutenant was going to be the tallest one this evening - even the senshi she lured was short, and couldn't have been a day over fifteen if that. Neon pink hair bristled angrily out of a ponytail pulled high enough behind her that any farther would have classified it as an umbrella. Strangest of all, she glittered. Even Scheelite would have been impressed at the sheer amount of body glitter she'd donned in preparation to wear her sailor suit of justice. The girl stopped suddenly and regarded the circus lieutenant warily, violet eyes going wide.
"Negaverse," she hissed, her tone the same as if she was addressing Voldemort. Of all the things she'd encountered in her brief time as a sailor senshi, the girl had miraculously avoided the evil military. Knowing they were out there, waiting, killing... All those news updates between channel flipping, and scraps of newspaper her mother tossed aside as she hunted down the entertainment section, it was all cast in a horrible light. It wasn't much different from the sickly neon and fluorescent light that rained down on them from afar. The punk senshi could smell the alcohol and sweat too. The lieutenant had the older boy in a baton-aided headlock. The senshi had to be brave. She had power. She had a destiny. It all came down to moments like these.
Taking a dramatic battle stance, she directed her words at the Negaverse lieutenant. "Let him go! Or... or I'll... well, you won't like what happens next!"

Serandite's eyes had to blink several times from her hiding place. She glittered more than Serandite's cans of glitter back home. What, did she dump a whole mountain of it on herself? Serandite thought she did. No, she was absolutely sure she did.
Lame glitter. Lame challenge. Lame outfit. Was there anything else that could be worse about this senshi?
While Serandite would have liked to jump down in that moment to snatch the girl's starseed from her chest, there were always .. unexpected allies to join the fray. While Serandite didn't spot anyone else around, she knew that looks were deceiving. Their goal was hostage situation. She restrained her impatience with an impatient tapping of her foot, signaling Paragonite to hurry and make the offer of switching hostages with a hand signal from above.
The senshi needed to believe she held a chance with a mere lieutenant or the switch would have been too reckless to pull off with three negaverse agents standing there. (Serandite knew some of them were reckless but they couldn't possibly be stupid.)
Once they had the senshi closer to the tall lieutenant, she would have no chance of escape. Well, not if Serandite and Wolframite covered her exits properly. Her eager hands twitched, Loppy's glowing red eyes looked upon the scene from behind Serandite.

The plan was going well thus far, and he watched it unfold with the same steps they talked about and mapped in the dirt. The expression “all to easy” came to mind, and that made him worry. It usually was a rule that if things were going easy that you should be cautious, and that’s why he could only hunch down, watching Paragonite and her victim, and focus his attention on everything and anything that could go wrong. It was then that the senshi appeared and he felt blinded by the disgusting ensemble that the senshi probably called a outfit. It looked more like a bunch of kindergartners went insane with the glitter and decorated her fuku, and he had to rub his eyes several times to handle the damage that was being done to them. Just revolting in color, design, and just overall it made him wish she was caught on fire just to spare his eyes the abuse they were being delivered. He’d seen some pretty outrageous fukus and some very nice ones, but he wasn’t prepared for the mother load to happen to show up.
He looked over at Serandite and gave her a thumbs down and stuck out his tongue, showing what he thought of this senshi. Not cute. Done with sharing his opinion from across the roof, he went back down to watch, waiting to jump down and keep her cornered. He could only hope that she didn’t transfer any of that glitter on any of them.

Paragonite gawked at the senshi for a moment. Then she began to laugh. She couldn't help it. She'd seen senshi before, but never one like this. The girl was ridiculous. "You... you can't be serious?" she shook her head.
"What are you going to do little girl? Cuz, I'm pretty damn certain I will like what happens next. By the time you do anything, this man will be dead, so you best choose your cards carefully." Paragonite snarked, pulling her composure back together. She squeezed the neck of her hostage a little harder, ensuring he was a good shield between herself and the pint-sized pink pixie.
"C'mon, let's see whatcha got."
