The training grounds consist of large, open, grassy fields; a gym with equipped with multiple machines to build your strength; a waterfall and meditation area; as well as a large dojo. Grassy FieldGymMeditation areaDojo

Hito walked into the grassy fields of the training grounds. He turned around awaiting the arrival of his Squad members and Captain Tokemaru to follow him into the enormous field. He stood quietly, letting a breeze roll past his body, it ruffled his hair and uniform. "Over here." He finally called out.

Grey was the first of the small gang, other than Captain Hito, to reach the fields. He of course had to rub it in too. "Ha! I beat you guys! You owe me some candy!" He said with a big smile on his face. In reality, he was eager for the evaluation, and he couldn't wait to start this up.

"I'll give you some from my private stash depending on your performance," said Tokemaru when he arived. He stood next to Hito and crossed his arms.
"This should be interesting," he said to Hito.

"I hope so..." He said looking at the members then back at Tokemaru. "You have a secret stash? Meh, never mind. Since there are two of them, and two of us, would you like to do the honors of evaluating one of them with me?" Hito asked, still waiting for another soldier to arrive.

Tokemaru nods his head. "I became a bit of a chocoholic after I became a captain," Tokemaru explains, I have all kinds of chocolate stashed in my office." Tokemaru looks around the feild and frowns.
"Where's the other guy?"

"Maybe he got lost on the way?" Grey said as he looked around to see if he was there. He could have sworn that the other guy was right behind him the entire time, although the fact that he was right behind Grey and couldn't exactly see him the whole time did make sense in a whole.

Doregan came running up behind them, dashing to make it quicker. he skidding in the dirt and gave a small wave. "Sorry! I had to make a call. I'm here now!"

Hito reached inside his kimono and pulled out a small notebook and pen. He licked the tip of the point of the pen and starts to write down some notes, while muttering. "Tsk tsk, late for your own evaluation..." He then tucked the notebook back into his kimono and looked back at his two soldiers. "Ok, let's start with some basic sparring. They key component in your evaluation. I'll split your guys up with another Captain. Mr. late guy, your with me, the squirt, your with Captain Tokemaru. Any objections?" And only waiting a single second, continues. "Good! Doregan, let's make our way to the dojo." Hito said while walking yet again into the distance where a small structure stood.

Tokemaru watched Hito leave and turned to Grey.
"We should head to the dojo as well, come on, you can tell me about yourself on the way." Tokemaru starts to walk towards the dojo and motions for Grey to follow him.

Grey walks behind Captain Tokemaru with his index finger pressed against his chin. He thought for a second and then started to list the things that were most important to know about Grey. "Well, I like chocolates, taffy, lollipops, cheesecake, parfaits, pudding, jello, hard candies, soft candies, chocolate ice cream..." The child kept going with the long and annoying list of treats that he liked to eat. His voice going in and out of the background.

Man, I thought I had a sweet tooth, I'd best keep him away from my stash. Tokemaru thought to himself. He put his hand up to stop the child.
"Ok, That's enough. What do you plan to do now that you're a shinigami?"

Grey simply tilted his head to the side and gave Tokemaru a puzzled look. "Cus it's fun..." He didn't exactly understand the question, nor would he even have an answer even if he did. Grey was a genius for his level, at such a young age he had made it through the academy and was accepted as a seated officer in squad 9 in such a short amount of time, but he never really figured out a reason to fight for. It was a waste for his talents to be unused, though, so he was pushed forward into it. In the end, Grey just made it all a game.

"Never mind then," said Tokemaru. He made a mental note to talk with Hito about Grey when they were finished with the evaluatiuon.
"Tell me about your zanpakto."
