I'm considering applying for a subforum dedicated to this game. But I wanna know if enough people know what the game even is.
Basically, Gotcha Force is a third-person action fighter sort of game, produced by Capcom and released for the Nintendo Gamecube. It's relatively obscure outside of Japan, which is likely why this awesome game hasn't received a sequel. The game starts with a meteorite crash-landing in a small town, and a 10-year-old kid sets out to investigate it. At the crash site, he find a tiny toy-sized robot with a mind of its own. Identifying itself as G Red, it warns the boy that an intergalactic robot army called the Death Force is approaching Earth to destroy it. Together, they form the Gotcha Force, a team of toy-sized super robots that has taken upon itself the mission of defending the Earth.
The story is lackluster, the voice acting is terrible, but the gameplay is awesome, even more so in multiplayer. The graphics are simple, but perfect for the game. Look up gameplay videos on Youtube if you have to.
