So for speech, if we wear 'business proper attire', we'll get extra credit points. :3
I wasn't sure what to wear~ but I have 3 outfits to choose from.
I can't pick, help~?

With vest (which is a bit loose on me, I wish it was tighter!)
This outfit makes me feel like the boss lady who's in charge. XD

Without vest (which I'm leaning toward~)

This s**t, which looks pretty nice, but I'm not sure if it's too professional or not. Looks a little like funeral clothing to be honest. x_x

I can also switch off the super-short heals I'm wearing for simple black flats. :3

I like the first one best but the second one is probably more business-y.

First one.

You have great legs.

I don't like the first one-- that vest fits you funky. I bet you could dart it pretty easily, though, and that would fix all your problems. The second without the vest just isn't enough. Maybe if you put a camisole on under it and opened the shirt with liiiike a neat necklace and belt?

I LIKE THREE. And keep the heels!

@paski: Thanks so much dude. ;_; And good plan, I'll totally try that! <3

@lyd: For the booties, they're about 2 inches; the height wouldn't be offensive, would it? >:
If anything, I'd definitely wear those booties over the ones in the pictures -- they're SO much more comfortable!

i don't think 2 inches should be a problem.

i see a lot of business women wearing like 5 inch heels. idk how.

and if they're more comfortable then i'd say go for it. :3

As far as professional look is concerned, the first one looks best in my opinion, but would be better if you had the shirt tucked in.

Now, as far as what looks best on you, I'd have to say three. I also agree that you should use the lace up shoes in question with any of the outfits.

I like the third outfit but I don't think it's 'business proper attire' enough. It'd be better to go too smart than too casual so one or two.

Do you have a blazer or formal jacket though? Because when they say 'business proper attire' rather than 'business-casual' or 'smart-casual', that to me, means blazer.

This.

Also, what kind of pants are those? If they're leggings, BIG no no.
I wish I'd seen this yesterday, I'd have just copy+pasted our dress code from the employee manual to give you an example. But It specifically says no leggings worn as pants. Women's slacks would probably be better. Try to shy away from anything body hugging.

It also says no club attire, no tanktops, halter tops. The shoes are fine. Just remember, in style/fashionable isn't always business appropriate.
