Sydney’s favorite subject in school was and is physical education. Although she did just fine with classes such as math or English, what was more fun than running around and playing sports? Homework and projects were given out once in a blue moon, which was the redhead’s favorite part about PE.
Donning the classical Meadowview PE uniform, she absentmindedly hopped on the balls of her feet, stretching out her arms. Perhaps most people didn’t bother to take physical education seriously, but Sydney did everything here with fervor. This was the place where she could shine and show off to others!
“Alright class,” the teacher announced as she waltzed in a navy blue tracksuit, a gleaming whistle hanging around her neck and a beaten clipboard in her hands, “a quick lap around the track and get into groups of three. We’re practicing catching and throwing Frisbees.” A sharp toot from her whistle and everyone moved in a flurry. Girls giggled as they jogged at an easy pace, smiling and gossiping while the boys took off at a faster speed, deciding to make an impromptu race. However, it was clear that there were a few speedy runners within the class that took the lead with ease.
“Go, John. Go!”
“Hey Justin, don’t let those buffoons get the best of ya!”
The pair was side by side, grinning to each other. Just as the imaginary ending line was in sight, a laughing voice cut in from behind. “Sorry guys. This race is mine!” Chuckling, Sydney leapt ahead of the duo and skidded to a halt, kicking up billowing clouds of dust as she finished first. Turning around and firmly planting her hands on her hips, she cheekily watched everyone complete their warm up lap.
“Woah, Sydney. Underdog, much?” joked a girl. Grinning, Sydney shook her head and trotted over to her, immediately striking up light conversation. “Well, time to get into groups. Later, Sydney!” she finished with a quick wave before running over to a pair of waiting girls.
“Haha. Sure!” she replied with a beam before a startled expression overcame her face. “E-Everyone’s in groups already,” muttered Sydney, awkwardly standing by herself and looking around. “Does anyone need a third person?” she called out.

Trevor and Kallista in their PE uniforms, ran a lap around the track. Trevor leading by a bit with Kallista following close behind, they both were in sports that invovled running around.
Trevor was part of the boy's soccer team and the boys track and field. He kept his up his speed and was motivated by the thought of Emmeline, his first ever relationship that he was in and he was really ecstatic. He wiped the sweat from his forehead once he reached the finish line.
Kallista, picked up her speed a little and made it to the finish line glancing around she noted that everyone was in groups of 3. She tapped her chin lightly with a finger and decided to team up with her brother since all the other teams already had 3 people. She glanced around and spotted a girl with no group she waved her hand "Hey! Over here, you can join us" she said.

Hearing a reply from a girl – Sydney squinted her eyes to read the names on the uniforms, Kallista and Trevor? – she grinned and jogged over to the pair. “Hey, thanks guys! I assume you can read the name on my uniform, but I’ll just say it anyways. My name’s Sydney Martin!” she introduced herself, holding out both her hands for a brief handshake from both.
Caramel-brown eyes darted between the boy and girl, taking in their facial features. “I’ve gotta say, you guys look pretty similar to each other. Are you siblings, or something?” Her gaze darted back to the names on their clothes. “And you’ve got the same last names to boot so . . .?”
“Alright, class! Before I get into the basics of ultimate Frisbee, I want you guys to practice throwing and catching first. Someone from your group go grab a Frisbee and just pass it back and forth to it each other for a while,” the teacher barked out.
Sydney smiled. “Don’t worry, I’ll get it!” She sprinted towards the bucket and rushed back with a gleaming blue Frisbee in her hands in five seconds flat. “So, where do you wanna practice?”

Kallista nodded her head politely at Sydney "yes, we do look similiar and yes we are siblings" she before lightly nudging her brother in the rib cage that said 'be nice and say hi'.
Trevor smiled lightly at Sydney "nice to meet you Sydney" he said before flinching lightly as he was nudged in the rib cage. He glanced over at his sister and glared at her slightly. Before Turning back to Sydney "I say we practice somewhere, where there is space big enough for all three of us to catch the frisbee. He looked at the frisbee, all it really took was hand-eye coordination and he had lots of that.

Sydney clapped her hands and triumphantly pointed a finger at them. “Ah ha! So my guess was right,” she proudly concluded, her satisfied grin growing wider at the siblings’ antics. Ahhh, reminded her of Sydney and her siblings, particularly her older brother. She chuckled, thinking about her elder sibling. What a love-hate relationship she had with him. They hadn’t spoken much recently; perhaps she should go bug him once classes were over. Sydney slyly smirked. Oh, wouldn’t that be fun?
“Nice to meet you too,” she chirped, nodding her head at his suggestion. “Haha, of course! It was so obvious, why didn’t I realize that sooner?” Sydney lightly tapped her forehead at her own foolishness. Spinning the Frisbee in her hands, Sydney jogged over to a clear area, spinning around to meet the brother and sister in the face. “So, shall we just go in a simple circle?”

Kallista smiled lightly before shaking her head, this girl was definitely very observant and nothing wrong with meeting a person who was. That just usually meant they didn't have to make extra effort to inform the person they were meeting that they were related. She brushed a strand of her hair behind her ear and glanced over at her brother.
~~~
Trevor chuckles "Ahh..very observant" he told her. Before answering her question "I believe that would be the best way to do so" he put in. He blinked, did that sound sophisticated or was it just him. He shook hi his head before returning back to reality.
Sydney stroked her invisible beard at the remarks. “Observant, you say? That’s a rather rare thing to tell me. Usually I’m the kind of girl that doesn’t paying attention to things.” She shrugged as she fiddled with the Frisbee in hands by playfully spinning it on one of her fingers. “I guess I can pay attention if I want to, though.” The redhead hummed. “Alright, gonna throw it now!” she called out before she tossed the Frisbee toward Kallista.
