Artemis walked through the trees, looking for somewhere she could sit and think. She had left her brothers and Yue at the camp, and they probably didn't even realize she was gone. Oh well, that was for the better. If they knew she was gone, they would look for her, and right now Artemis just needed silence.
She never had forgotten the wulfine that had saved her and her siblings from being found. She didn't even know what her name was, only that she had been caught by Persephone when Artemis should have been. Her mother had most likely taken her wrath out on the white wulfine. What Artemis wouldn't give to know that she was safe...

Amaterastu raced through the forest, taking pleasure in the pure joy of speed. She didn't know where she was going, didn't particualy care. All she knew was that she wanted to go someplace intresting. She didn't even care if she ambushed, that was more fun than lazing around all day. Unless she was ambushed by the lab staff. She was a wild wulfine, and she wanted it to stay that way.
She was just about to turn around when she saw a strangly famliar flash of bright, almost slightly neon green in the corner of her eye. She stopped mid-bound and walked closer to the green and ice-colored wulfine. "Hello."

Artemis jumped up and spun around, ready to give whoever had snuck up on her a death stare. She wouldn't have flinched if it was a wulfine three times her size that wantedd to kill her. But in no way was she prepared for the wulfine in front of her. Her eyes widened in shock. "It's you."

Amateratsu smiled. The green wulfin had obviously been prepared for anything but her. "Of course it's me. I'll admit; I almost gave up looking for you. But why so suprised?" Ammy looked over the wulfine. "You've sertainly grown since we last met. Did those wulfine ever find you? Why were they after you in the first place?" At this point Ammy didn't know why she was asking these questions, when she would probably doze. Maybe it was because she felt almost like a mother and a best friend to the wufin in front of her.

"No, they didn't, and thank you for letting me escape. The blue one was my mother..." Artemis shivered. "I've heard horrible things about her. And what's your name? I'm called Artemis."

Artemis realized how long she had been gone. She really had to get back to the Camp. "Ammy, I really have to get back to my siblings camp. I pretty much lead them, and Apollo is going to make a fool of himself if he tries to hunt. Would you like to come with me?" She got up and begun walking slowly towards her camp.

Ammy got up a split second after Artemis did. "I would love to see your camp. I can't wait to meet your siblings." She walked along with Artemis, excited at the opportunity to meet other wulfine. It's just a shame that my wanderlust will make me leave eventually... But at least I'll be able to come back.
