Professor Cadogan "Spike" Harris reclined at his desk, feet propped up and papers in his hands. He thumbed through the sketches, studying each of them intently.

Alex walked in the classroom, looking around to find no one but the teacher in it. He sat down at the desk near the window, took out a charcoal stick and began to sketch on his note pad.

Cadogan looked up from the papers momentarily, looking at the new arrival. He stood, papers on the desk, and walked over to the boy. "What are you drawing?"

Alex smudged the coal to the sides and forward. "A scenery." He said without looking up.

"A scenery?" The professor asked softly, bending down to the level of the desk, attempting to get a better view of the drawing. "It looks very nice. What was your inspiration?"

 Edward peered in the door. "Sir, I seem to be lost. I am new to this school. Could you direct me to the art room?" He reviewed his schedule again.

The professor mumbled to the student at the window, "Three." before turning in his squat towards the oddly dressed boy in the doorway. "You're in it."

"Oh." Edward stepped in, and sighed. What a beautiful art room. He sat down and got his sketch book out of his bag, imitating the student beside him.

"I'll have you know you'll be learning much more than sketching in my class. Sculpting and time permitting we may dabble in photography." He stated to the mumbling student.
