Could be attention grabbing, could not.
But the fact is, its a non-profit organization with the goal of helping people. Regardless of the why, there's got to be those cases of people who have been helped, right?
So any particular significance to today, being TWLOHAD?

o_o My friend [and some others in my school] did that a couple of months ago. She couldn't all of the get the marker off of her arms for about 2 days.

In any case, while there are those who self-harm for the sake of wanting attention, there are definitely those who struggle with depression in a more serious sense.
I mentioned back in TOPG that I do not take lightly to people joking about suicide. So can we all play nice please? 4laugh

I think TWLOHADs are slightly sporadic. Also, I agree, if you read the statement on their website, it started because of a friend of theirs.
