This had been carefully planned, worked out from all angles, and even one very late night behind the Hillworth gymnasium, re-enacted with a quartet of old Barbie dolls. Linarite had gotten interesting looks from her lieutenants for that specific choice, even more so for the fact that they were in actual outfits that lightly resembled their Negaverse uniforms.

Really, it was simple. Zinkenite, divested of weapon and coat, and his shirt untucked, looked like an everyday civilian. Number One would be menaced by Scheelite, which was nothing new for either of them, and would call out for help as loud as his tiny body could. Being that he was the smallest, and Schee the tallest, it worked out well. You could confuse him for a middle schooler at a glance, and that is exactly what they were hoping for. Linarite would watch from a nearby building, and then when they'd pulled a senshi, strike with all the force she could muster. The Queen demanded tribute, and finally, she would get it.

There was no way they could fail. Even the location had been chosen carefully, in a loading bay for a local warehouse. There was one way in, and one way out. Should the senshi perhaps come by the rooftops, Lina was in no danger, as she could sense them and hide before the White Moon courtier got remotely close enough to see the flash of blue. It was perfect. Below, the actors got into place, and the teen giggled quietly to herself as Scheelite immediately tackled his partner into the concrete. If she knew them, Zinkenite was probably being tickled or something just as horrible.

Sometimes, it was good to be the Captain.

Even expecting to be attacked, and attacked by Schee he wasn't -quite- expecting a full out tackle. Later he would have to admit he SHOULD have expected one, it -was- Scheelite after all.
But at Least it made for a very convincing yelp of surprise as he found himself transitioned from upright to 'pavement pizza' in a flash of glow sticks.

"very convincing, thank you..." He growled very low under his breath and then very realistically tried to pry the other off seeing 'smoochy lips' coming for him.

"No!" He said in alarm. PDA was of course, one of his greatest 'peeves' or in this case, fears, no one needed to see them smooching let alone a senshi, never mind their captain.

"What are you doing!! OFF!!"

Really, Schee's mind was completely off the actual mission on hand and instead focused on the fact his partner was pinned to the ground beneath him and currently yelling at him. Well...at least it was an 'authentic' attack. Or...something.

"Why, I'm attacking you of course, duhhhhhhh!"
The smoochy lips moved away just in the nick of time, Scheelite apparently deciding that whispering in his partner's ear was better...for the moment at least.
"I bet you like it anyways. How does it feel to lose control? That our captain is up there watching while you're pinned down huh? Cause you know how I feel? Awesome, but that should have been easy to guess."
Well it had gone from low and threatening right back to typical Demy-talk. Really it was all but impossible to ever figure out just what was going through that head of his.

"So Z, why don't you scream real loud and nice like yeah? We're...supposed to be drawing attention or something huh?"
No he hadn't forgotten the plan. Really. Really.

And scream Zinkenite did, coaxed on with the help of Schee's puckered lips and tickling fingers. It wasn't as loud as either Scheelite or Linarite would have wanted, but unbeknownst to them at that moment, it had succeeded in its goal.

Sailor Wasat, known by day as Meadowview's overly-chipper gymnastics loving Jodi Campbell, was out on her nightly patrol. She'd been a senshi for a little over a month by this point and (thankfully) had not had too much trouble adjusting to her new call of duty. Astraea had awakened her, gave her tips and then abandoned her into the cold cruel world of Destiny City's war between the senshi and the Negaverse. Up until now, she'd never met a Negaverse officer. A youma here and there, but nothing that she hadn't been able to handle.

Tonight had appeared to be like any other night. She made her way through the park (nothing there), through the shopping district (she almost had enough for that one-piece still taunting her from behind the store window) and finally had wrapped up her patrol around the Hillworth area. Typically, she made her way home past Crystal Academy, but she had wanted a change, something to spice up the routine. And change, tonight, she would get.

The scream came from out of nowhere, freezing her in her tracks. It was a male scream, something she hadn't been prepared for. Not that she really prepared for a scream to begin with, but that was besides the point.

Heels clicked their way across the street and near an old, spooky warehouse where, low and behold, a poor Destiny City citizen was being harassed by -

Oh God.

He was being harassed, but it wasn't by a student. The negative aura coming off of the man on top of him was nothing short of stomach-turning. Could this be one of the officers Astraea had warned her about?

Taking a deep breath and counting to ten in her head, she sucked up her courage and took a step forward, clearing her throat to make her presence known. Grabbing the attention of the small group, her hands rose and began to motion.

"Stop right there, you Negatrash! You're going to leave that poor boy alone and pick on someone your own size! I'm Sailor Wasat and the tables are about to turn on you!"

Trash. Why was it always trash? Did the senshi come plugged with a specific set of insults, only able to utter a select few when it came to the Negaverse? Emerging from the shadows on top of the warehouse, poor Jodi would never see her, all attention focused on Scheelite. It was all up to the boys for the moment, Zink had to play the damsel just a little bit longer, Schee hamming it up for this pathetic little senshi.

This is where her instructions had gotten direct. 'Engage as best you can.', 'Don't be afraid to call me, but if you can, get her deep into the bay.', and 'I will drop down, we have Orgel if things get really bad, but don't force me.' Simple instructions, but the blue-haired captain always started to sweat just a bit when she couldn't carry out her own plans. There was always room for error, and with the three of them on this it would be beyond shameful if they failed now.

Hands twisted around her weapon with the urge to smash down onto her head, but patience won out and the captain simply stepped to the edge of the building she'd perched. Eyes assessed, and then watched the scene unfolding from below, the senshi's back turned on her biggest threat.

What the HELL was Schee going on about?! Was his first most immediate thought, topped of course by the "captain is watching you pinned down' ... he did -not- need to act freaked out, he WAS freaked out.

Tecnicaly it wasn't the first time he'd asked a senshi for help with Scheelite, but he had a VERY hard time counting 'Team Kool-ade" no mater how the encounter had gone down.

"What the HELL!! Get off get OFF!!" He said shoving at Scheelite in a panic.

"HELP?"

....Well that was fast.

NO MATTER! He could be an excellent actor! REALLY. Zink told him he laid it on a bit thick all the time but Schee simply thought this meant he was good at it.

"Sailor What's That? Laaaaaame name dude! And just -what- exactly are you going to do hrm? Come attack me while I say...have a hostage?"
The hostage being Zink, of course, who quickly found himself hoisted in the air by the back of his collar as his taller partner stood up. Schee was pretty sure he was going to earn himself at -least- a kick later for this, but they HAD told him to make this convincing right?

"I dunno...could end this pretty easily right here and right now, just how badly do you want to stop me?"
Once upon a time, Scheelite had forced his hand into Z's chest on a night neither of them would ever forget. Unfortunately for Z he was about to feel that again, but JUST fingertips this time! Really Zink, this was JUST about making this realistic! Nothing possessive going on at all. Not at all.

Besides, going further into his chest this time hurt -him- too...likely because the starseed inside Z's chest was corrupt now. Oh well, alllll about making this convincing!

As quick as they had entered the fingertips were gone. No star seed yanked out, and the struggling 'victim' still held up in the air.
"Lieutenant Scheelite, and I play on expert mode. So bring it Sailor Wussup or whatever the hell your name is. I -dare- you!"

At the very least, Scheelite made an excellent distraction.

Oh god, oh god, oh god.

The Negaverse officer wasn't giving up - of course it wasn't going to be that easy, what had she been thinking??

Despite her nervousness, she kept her chin up and leveled. This was nothing more than a performance, nothing more than a show to put on with the worst kind of audience.

"You leave me no choice then, scumbuckets!" (Little did Linarite know, senshi did not come pre-equipped with senshi insults; Wasat had a dog-eared copy of Garfield's Insults, Put-Downs, and Slams that she'd studied religiously for such an occasion as this). "And it's Wasat, She-bright!"

Okay, so maybe she could work on her insults a little better. In her defense, the sarcastic fat orange cat had little advice to give when insulting or name-calling dark agents of whatever underworld they'd spawned from.

She watched as the Lieutenant's hand dipped into the young man's chest and the senshi promptly freaked out. She knew of what star seeds were, where they were located and that taking one out was a Really Bad Thing.

Without a second thought, her hands flew up and she screamed "TABLE TURNDOWN!"

And, just like that, a table appeared, separating the senshi from the Negaverse agents. It looked like an ordinary table. It was brown. It stood on four legs. It wasn't very special looking and both Scheelite and Zinkenite stopped to blink as they stared at the ordinary looking table.

Face red with embarrassment (honestly, who had a table for their weapon?), Wasat chose to not go into discussion over how her table was far from ordinary and could withstand some hefty blows, both physically and magically. It was a defensive attack. You put the table on the side, you hide behind the table. It was a shield. It was a good shield. It just happened to look like a regular table, damn it.

Instead of using it as its intended purpose, however, Wasat decided to be creative once again with her magical-ordinary-looking-table. With a small bounce of her feet, she ran forward, keeping her eyes focused on the two men in front of her. With a leap, she was up in the air, her hands coming down to push her weight off of the table, using it as a makeshift vaulting horse. In the air she sailed, forward...forward...forward... until she came crashing into Scheelite, knocking both herself and the Negaverse Lieutenant to the ground and off of Zinkenite.

Eyes frantically glanced around - the victim was okay. He'd been caught off guard, but other than the shock of being pushed, he seemed conscience and continued to possess his much-needed star seed.

Beneath her, Scheelite began to move. "RUN, KID!" She screamed, using her feet to kick down on the man underneath her, "Run, I can't hold him off for long!!"

Dark brown eyes blinked once, twice, and then Linarite shook herself from puzzlement when the senshi vaulted masterfully over her magically appearing table straight into one of her lieutenants. Really, the senshi were getting stranger and stranger, a table?! Alright, Senshi of Tables, it shouldn't be too difficult to manage such a thing. It would have been bad, say, the Senshi of ******** Black Holes showed up. Picking up Z's coat, the Captain hopped down into the loading bay and grinned. Her weapon had been tucked away so that she might hold out both coat and a helping hand to her Number One.

"C'mere Zinkenite, why don't we show our adorable little Senshi of Magical Tables how totally defenseless you're not." Her power signature was unmistakable, and was like a small space heater of evil. Her own diminutive size was deceptive and tucking the coat around Zink's shoulders, Lina gestured at Scheelite. "Would you like to get up now? Maybe pin her? Or are you going to make your poor Captain do all the work?" The teen had the ability to play with her prey just a bit, power loosely wrapped around Orgel to call him at a moment's notice. Somehow, she doubted even Miss Magical Goddamn Table could stand up against the rock golem.
PostPosted: Wed Apr 21, 2010 11:38 am

"Thank you Captain" He said taking her hand to be helped up and dusting off with a -SCOWL- at Scheelite, ohhh they were going to have -words- about the 'you like it' and the fingers in chest...OHHHh yes they were.

He slipped his hands through the sleeves with a more satisfied look though to be back in Uniform. "Allow me to help..."
He didn't like dirtying his hands but surely this one they had.
He moved forward to try and assist in pinning the senshi.

Scheelite was no longer really enjoying himself. Zinkenite was out of his grasp, there was a god damn senshi sitting on top of him, and he was fairly worried that if she went for his ribs it was going to be very bad. Seriously man, EVERYONE went for the ribs, what was that all about?! Was someone handing out Pokemon-style Negaverse guides? He could just see it... 'Lieutenant Scheelite, the Glowstick Lieutenant! Attacks to the ribs are super effective!'

Then of course there was Linarite doting on his boyfriend and making remarks at him. Joking or not they were really irritating. Besides, HE was the one doing all the work! ...Okay he was also the one pinned to the damn concrete and getting continuously kicked, but -he- had drawn her here in the first place, damnit!
"We're still getting cake after this, right? You so owe me cake after this."
Sure there was a senshi -right- there and they were pretty much smack dab in the middle of a plot to kill her and trot off back to the Queen and General King with her star seed as a trophy. HOWEVER, he had his priorities. Number one? Zink. Zink seemed to be okay (even if Lina was helping him..that was -his- job damnit!). Priority two for the night? Cake. Lina had made some remark about cake for a successful mission and he was going to hold her to it.

At least it was easy to get him to work.

One more kick from Sailor ******** and he had had it. Scheelite went for his glowsticks, mostly harmless but could sting like hell when swung directly into one's face. After that it was just a matter of time before the combined efforts of Scheelite and the scowling Zinkenite freed the blonde from underneath Wasat.

"Wait, w-what??"

Her eyes left the young man and fell upon the blue-haired newcomer, who was crooning to another faceless name. Zinkenite? Didn't she learn about Zinc in science class?

As the girl moved towards the young man, realization dawned upon the Senshi of Tables. He wasn't a victim. He wasn't a victim. She'd been played - and not in the fun Pokemon sort of way. If they were doing things Pokemon-style, she was the Psyduck who only knew Tail Whip and had just found itself cornered by a group of angry MewTwos.

Arms grabbed her - Scheelite on her left, the short Zinkenite on her right. She struggled, but nothing happened. She kicked her legs, but nothing happened. Panic set in and Jodi's mouth began to run.

"Maybe we can table this for now? Maybe meet up a bit later? Three to one is k-kind of unfair, you know. I can go find a buddy, make this an awesome fight or something. Non-furniture, even! I can do tornadoes! Or kumquats! Sparkles! O-or whatever you want! Name it, I'll bring it!"

The arms gripping her squeezed even tighter and as Blue Leader took a step closer, seemingly unphased by the offer, Wasat did the only thing she could do.

She threw her head back and screamed.

Advancing, Linarite vanished her weapon and laughed softly at the glowstick lieutenant. "I promised you cake, and you'll get a full-sized one courtesy of me when we're done here. Good job, lieutenant, I knew I could count on you to distract her." Gold eyes sharpened with irritation on Scheelite. "By the way, I don't lie, and I don't ever take back an offer. Learn that fast." Normally she was tolerant, and even encouraged the possessive attitude he had for Z, but sometimes, it was just damn inconvenient. Almost in punctuation to her little reprimand, the senshi started to scream in hysteria.

Of course she got the screamer! Wasn't it Obsidian who liked them when they screamed? Probably. The menacing, red-haired Captain had incredibly sick sense of humor and more often than not indulged it in his duties. Seeing his youma, you couldn't doubt the sort of person he was, Garbdis was only a slight bit less monstrous than his master. A white hand flashed out and backhanded the shrieking senshi across her face with a sigh and a frown, silencing her and causing a soft hiccup of shock. "Why in the world would we want to make this an even fight? You senshi think you're such hot stuff, didn't you ever consider that one day we'd get you in our traps? We're the Negaverse, kid!" Blue curls swayed and shook as her tongue tsked against her teeth.

Without warning, the hand shot out again and into the chest of the senshi. Eyes widened and a soft moan, almost inaudible, broke from Linarite's lips. "Oh, you should feel it. It's different, so much better." Tongue ran across pink lips unconsciously before the captain looked her captive in the eyes. "I think you should know, before you die, who killed you. I'm Linarite. Pleased to meet you." Fingers closed, yanked, and the seed burst forth inside her grasp before it was cradled close against a gray uniform.

"Leave her, she's the trash now. Meet me on the roof, we don't want to draw too much attention to ourselves." Lina could barely take her eyes from the glimmering shard of life energy, feeling the gentle pulse of a senshi's power against her own chest. It was amazing, incredible, something she had never felt before! Intoxicating. No wonder they were so hard to get! Unregulated, the Negaverse officers would simply sate themselves on the power of the stars and never move again! Heady with success, the bluenette gathered her two boys close and beamed at them. "See how easy that was? So simple! Now, Zinkenite. Hold out your hand, I want you to hold it. Feel it. Try and sense the difference between this seed and normal ones." She was reluctant, but gingerly passed the life of the Senshi of Tables to her Number One.

"I swear to God though, if you try and eat it, I will kill you myself and take the consequences. I've never gotten a senshi before. My God it feels good!" Pivoting into a slow pirouette, the teen's laughter bubbled into the night, free and easy. Death shouldn't feel so good, but it did, and she wasn't going to deny her exultation!
PostPosted: Thu Apr 22, 2010 9:20 am

He took it carefully from her, his eyes widened at the feel of it, amazing, simply amazing.

"So this is what powers a Senshi..." He said quietly amazed, he wasn't even sure he could summarize this in notes.

"Schee if you eat this I'll help tape you up, you on a regular star seed was bad enough, I don't even want to -imagine-"
The awe in his voice negated the threat more than a little as he gingerly handed the starseed to Scheelite.

Her first senshi. Linarite had killed her first senshi with their help! She was their captain, she had been in the Negaverse way longer than both of them, and yet her first senshi kill was with them. This made him happy, ecstatic even. They were -useful-, and praise (and cake!) were sure to come.

Awesome.

Most would have sat back and basked in the aftermath of a job well done, quietly waiting their turn to hold their bounty. Instead, Scheelite busily looked over his partner's shoulder and constantly made some remark of "I wanna hold it, cmon cmon -cmon-"

When it -was- finally his turn the blonde brushed off the remarks of him eating the star seed (though he likely would have, if it wasn't for these warnings) and simply stared down at it. Holy s**t..it was so...so...glowy. And neat. And pretty. And -powerful- feeling.

Holy. s**t.

He eventually had to give it back, and after the look from his partner he reluctantly handed it back to Linarite.
"We're your -best- lieutenants, right Cap? I mean cmon, we did AWESOME right? Riiiiight?"
Scheelite was snickering too, giddy from their successful mission and the feeling of raw -energy- he had been holding in his hands just a moment ago. Zink was still giving him that look though, which was unacceptable. Zink should be -happy-, not halfway glaring at him! So, clearly, this needed to be fixed.

And it was, by Schee grabbing a hold of his partner and yanking him into a kiss.
