A refurnished training facility.
A large dojo-stylized building rest nearby, within walking distance to the Captain's Office. The side of the building houses several large blocks of marble. Aside from that, the rest of the facility is covered in a mixture of dirt and sand, an assortment of fitness equipment (ranging from horizontal bars and climbing ropes) are situated along the side length of the building.

It'd been a relief to hear that Boelba-Taichou was just excited as he to train. In fact, the idea that she were to train him and his fellow Squadmates almost made him shiver. Arriving first at the Dojo, Mikhail stepped within the building, his large, bare feet lightly rapping against the hardwood floors. Finding himself a nicec spot nearest the middle of the left wall, the tall, tattooed Russian sat down effortlessly in a cross-legged position. Resting a hand on either knee he closed his eyes and began mental preparation for the intense training ahead. 'I hope she won't go soft on us. I sure am ready for some real training.' Mikhail was anxious really to begin however he needed to calm himself, the emotions that he were feeling were naive and childish, not something a former Vice Captain should display and therefore he locked them up like always.

Veltex stumbled in, looking awestruck at the room. Seeing some familiar faces, he assumed that this was the place they were to meet, and so he moved to the wall, and sat. He had no idea what to expect, but by the looks of the equipment and ground, it was time to start training. Once the idea came to mind, a thin smile streaked across his face. It was about time he could get better. Quickly, he bit back the smile, and returned to his neutral, lazy look. This was going to a fun experience.

Angel walked in with a bored expression on his face and his hands behind his head. He looked at the other two that were there and sighed. He took a seat next to Veltex and scanned the room they were in. He then nudged Veltex, "You ready for this?"

Sadon walked into the training center and looked around. It was nice and new. Looking over to the wall he could see the rest of his squad. They were sitting there waiting on their Captain.
Sadon walked over and sat on the other side of Mikhail looking at him. Smiling he said, "Hey big guy ... watcha doing? You know that stuff doesn't work. It just puts you to sleep. Anyway, what do you think she has in mind for us? I hope it's gonna be a good work out. I could use one."
Sadon leaned back on the wall and closed his eyes. He figured he would catch a cat nap while waiting for his Captain to arrive.

"ALRIGHT EVERYBODY!" Emily yelled as she slid open the doors, cleaning her bare feet before she had stepped in. She made sure her voiced boomed out to get their attention quickly.
"We're jumping right into this. FRONT AND CENTER! TWENTY-FIVE PUSHUPS LETS GO!" She yelled out again, jogging up near the center of the main area, making sure everyone could see her and stand in line. She dropped down on all fours, spreading her legs wide enough and propping one arm on her back. Then using her finger and thumb pinched together on her free hand, she started pushing herself up easily in what is known to be difficult for many to do.
"I don't care how you do it, just do it." She said, holding her position for a moment to speak before finishing her last few pushups, switching to the other hand in one fluid motion.

Sadon opened one eye and looked at Emily-Sama when he heard her voice. He followed her with the one eye that was open and watched her get down and start to do push-ups. Shaking his head from side to side he couldn't believe that they were going to to this. It made him feel like he was back in the academy again.
Slowly Sadon gets up and places his sword on the ground next to himself and takes a push-up position in front of Emily-Sama. He begins knocking out push-ups as ordered.
"Emily-Sama, I don't mean to question your authority here but why are we doing push-up's? I feel like I'm back in the academy again ... and that was a long time ago I might add."

Until now, Naru had kept silent, waiting beneath a tree whilst the other more friendly shinigami engaged in their conversations. To him, such things were meaningless. After all, they were a squad of assassins and special agents, not fluffy rabbits in woolly coats.
As his captain appeared on the scene, he pushed off the trunk of the tree and took several abrupt steps forward, ending when he was three paces from his captain.
Dropping down into a sprawl, Naru immediately began the process of the pushups, fingers spread wide and ankles placed together in a perfect line, his right arm tucked behind his back along his lower waist.
"Eins, zwei, drei, vier, fünf, sechs, sieben, acht, neun, zehn, elf, zwölf, dreizehn, vierzehn, fünfzehn, sechzehn, siebzehn, achtzehn, neunzehn, zwanzig, einundzwanzig, zweiundzwanzig, zwanzig- drei, vierundzwanzig, fünfundzwanzig." As he finished with his left hand, he gave a sharp push off of the ground, switching to the right hand with a slight pause, then dropping into an additional set. "Eins, zwei, drei, vier, fünf, sechs, sieben, acht, neun, zehn, elf, zwölf, dreizehn, vierzehn, fünfzehn, sechzehn, siebzehn, achtzehn, neunzehn, zwanzig, einundzwanzig, zweiundzwanzig, zwanzig- drei, vierundzwanzig, fünfundzwanzig." As he finished, he pulled his legs sharply under him, crouched, then stood tall and straight, turning an iron gaze on Sadon. "Wenn der Kapitän gives you ein order. Nicht question, simply obey." His broken English was somewhat difficult to understand for those who did not know German, but the message was clear enough. Do not question someone in authority.

Sadon finished his push-ups and got up looking at Bujini with an evil eye saying, "You should remember those words when talking to me. I would hate to have you eat them my German friend."
Sadon stood there waiting for his next order from Emily.

Naru raised an eyebrow, and turned his face back to his captain, placing his hands behind his back in a military fashion.
"If you were ein superior, I vould not have spoken as I did." His voice was cold, like steel, but quiet and withdrawn, as if stating a hard fact rather than offering a provoking statement.

"Sadon! No one asked for complaints! This is a time for training, not whining. Thirty more since you want to talk! The lot of you as soon as you're done, follow me outside to the poles. Chin ups are next." She said, jogging outside towards the horizontal poles. Being a little short, she was able to go to one of the smaller ones, taking a moment to stretch out her legs as she waited for them. Growing a little impatient, she decided to go ahead and start without them. She grabbed the pole from an overhanded position, pulling herself up till her head cleared the pole.
"I suggest you all to get a move on! One, two, three, four, five..."

Sadon looked around as if he had heard her by mistake. When she left the room and went outside he knew it wasn't. Sadon got down and did the 30 push-up's with little to no effort. Getting to his feet he makes a mental note to pay Naru a special visit when this is all over with.
Sadon walked outside and watched Emily do her pull-up's without saying anything.

ignoring the icebreaker comment he was given, he walked up a few steps, and began his set of push-up's. After about 15, his arm got a little tired; he was never good at push-ups, and when he heard the captain speak of chin-ups, his heart sank. Never the less, he pushed through the set of push-ups, dusted himself off, and headed outside, to await his peers.

Naru brushed past Sadon with a brisk walk, keeping his hands behind his back in proper military fashion until he arrived at the chin-up bars. He was not intimidated by such things, as he had spent much of his time in the academy in the workout facilities, preparing his body for the squads. Calmly, he leaped up and seized one of the medium-height bars with a single hand, grasping his wrist with his free hand as he did.
"Eins, zwei, drei, vier, fünf, sechs, sieben, acht, neun, zehn, elf, zwölf, dreizehn, vierzehn, fünfzehn, sechzehn, siebzehn, achtzehn, neunzehn, zwanzig, einundzwanzig, zweiundzwanzig, zwanzig- drei, vierundzwanzig, fünfundzwanzig." With each pull-up, he let out a light huff, moving with practiced ease and precision. As he reached the twenty-fifth chin-up, he stopped, moved both of his hands onto the bar, then moved his right hand onto his left wrist, switching the grip from before. "Eins, zwei, drei, vier, fünf, sechs, sieben, acht, neun, zehn, elf, zwölf, dreizehn, vierzehn, fünfzehn, sechzehn, siebzehn, achtzehn, neunzehn, zwanzig, einundzwanzig, zweiundzwanzig, zwanzig- drei, vierundzwanzig, fünfundzwanzig." By the end of the second set, he was slightly winded, but still managed to dismount with only a light huff, instantly returning to a military 'ready' position, with his eyes facing forward, awaiting his Captain's orders.

Angel smiled as Emily walked in and began giving orders, "Just like old times." He got down and did his push-ups without loosing his breath. He got up and followed the others to the chin-up bars. He jumped up and grabbed a bar with one hand like Naru, but put his free hand behind his back. When he finished he did the same with the other arm until he was finished with that to. He let go of the bar and fell down landing on his feet and ran to stand next to the others ready for the next exercise.
